    Justin .... manages   to hammer the  1st group's  leader. the  enemy  pilot is struggling with his Machine, but tries to stay on  Justin..once more,  Taking a   Snap shot  as  he  kicks the  rudders.


   Angela....   fires  at  the Mass  of Fighters, hitting  Fighter  #19..


   Lizzy... weave  through the Cone of  fire  , and  hits  the  Cap ship flight leader hard

   Nikki..fires  at the closestbone to her ( near the Cap ship)..hitting it very well...


  The Hermes  says.....Hermes  will  Be there in  4 minutes.....

   Demonic shuttles   are now Landing on the  Freighter's  cargo dec.. the    big ship   ha s altered it s  cours e and     is   runni8ng along side  the   Cap ship, but out a head a bit/

  The  Enemy  fighters  attacks  the   4 ESN Pilots

 Lizzy was flying to stay alive and take out the leader then hopefully keep picking them off until the Hermes arrives. Lizzy was flying then she got hit hard, she got a lot of yellow lights that stayed on. She balanced her fighter out and then lined up and opened fired and hit the Leader again, Lizzy knew she got him good, his fighter was arcing and sparking and not looking too good. Lizzy then tried to evade any attacks and line up her next victim, she flew with Controlled Chaos.

" Copy that Hermes, faster the better, 4 against 20. Well soon 19 I hope Phoenix out."

Thankfully with her solid shot it allowed her to be able to move from the Cap ship.  she still had to do some fancy flying but she knew Lizzy needed help.  she started leading the fighters on her back towards the others evading to not get hit and to try and take out atleast 1 fighter by the time she'd get there. " trying to get there Phoenix...Hold on!"

Justin noses up as he averts the elevators dropping from a standard vector to line up on the F3. Squeezing off a burst as the onboard targetting sounded, the burst smacked into the bogies engine cells rupturing them abd engulfing the pilot in a ball off flame.

  Justin's  Kill of the last fighter from the  merchantmen ... there  was the Cap ship  fighter  swarm.. a few  turned towards  Justin

  Angela's    aircraft was wobbling as she  tried to   get to her  wing man..

 The WC  of the Cap ship.  PODed  out  as his  ship   smoked    and   started  to Glow..his  POD fell away   as the fighter  blew up. Lizzy's  aircraft had  steady yellow  lights  and  Blinking yellow lights on the panel.

  Nikki hit   the  'A"  fighter  (#20) ..and  damaged  it  pretty well,  hit  started to trail   white vapor

  The  4  ESN   fighter   began  Hearing  Multiple  tones and   the   Roussian  fired  at them

 With the Leader out of the fight, Lizzy hoped her friends would pull some of these guys away, Lizzy would go full defensive until she got a perfect shot then opened fired twice on the same target fighter #2.
 " Guys I just got rocked hard lots of yellow, could use some help over here."

Nikki played defense to try and get to Lizzy, but was rocked by the 2 fighters on her ass. "Sonuva..." she did a hard bank to take out B.  she got the line up and fired.

then a horrid grinding noise and suddenly she had red and yellow lights across her cockpit. "DAMMIT!" everyone could hear her even if not in the machines.  a string of expletives then followed "I'm Locked up... no pulse guns and I have a belt jam" basically she had little to no offense to offer, and her 'ship' was barely keeping together. with a pissed growl she managed to clear the jam out as she went nearly total defense as the two fighters toyed with her a bit.  once it cleared she would save to take B out hopefully before she died.

Angela and I will start a clockwise orbit around you two. Can you twon start a counter-clockwise orbit around us our respective orbits should catch any pursuing bogies out and we may be able to pump some rounds into a couple. Who knows we may even get a few of their less aware to manage a flight collision. Justin suggested to Lizzy & Nikki. Lining up on bogie 18 Justin squeezed off a burst.

 Lizzy was trying to evade everyone shooting at her long enough for the Hermes to arrive, she got hot twice one pretty hard and she had red lights everywhere, she tried to bypass a few things, and keep her fighter together. Lizzy then began to pull away from the fight smoking heavily, then she saw the #2 fighter in her sights she opened up, did a little damage. Lizzy then seeing how bad her fighter is pulls out of combat and make best speed to the Hermes fighters and the Hermes.

 " Welcome Lt. Steel, Lizzy here trying to limp back to the Hermes you can clean up our mess. If I cant make it I will hit my beacon and pod out heading for the Hermes." It took everything Lizzy could think of to hold her fighter together and flying towards the Hermes, she watched closely in case she had to pod out if something went critical on her.

"Phoenix on me we need to get new rides...Steele, would appreciate a bit of cover" she didn't care who the AI sent.  Hell, they could have sent Larry in the pilot seat. she continued to fly evasively until she got a bead on B.  A seemed to fall behind still smoking.  "Lizzy... we're both hurtin', you moreso.  I'll cover you on our tactical withdraw.  Hermes, Phoenix and Banshee coming in badly shot up... have new rides ready for us on landing" she hoped neither would need to pod out. "Angela, Justin.. we're badly tore up getting new rides...be back"

  The    Lights  came on in the SIMS and the Canopies opened up.

  The  4   saw  Shadow   sipping a  coffee  as he looked at the read outs.  Orric  was recording the  session. The LC peered  over his coffee  cup..

when the lights came on and the 'cockpit' opened Nikki tried to get out and nearly got stuck. "Well... at least I didn't break the thing beyond repair" she finally got fully out and then all of a sudden is face to face with Shadow. she just gave a slight shirk, in an 'oops... we're busted' sorta way. "Which decisions do you want to know about, Sir" she did go through what she experience in the SIMS. This scenario was not a thing of beauty, she knew that already. what he wanted to know he'd have to ask for her to give a more clearer reason.

 Shadow  rubs  His    forehead  with the back of the hand that holds the readouts.

 I need...WE...need to know  what yournchoices where  and Why. Glossing over the  program?  I did that while i watched...YOU guys  where in the cocpit.. I need to  know  what....YOUR..thoughts  were. leading into the actions... Lets start again...

"Don't fly solo.  I'd say travel in 3's though the program might add more fighters." she began in her normal southern drawl "Second take out the most dangerous first if you can.  That's why Phoenix and I split the duty.  I let her choose either the fighters or the merchant man.  I figure it had bigger guns and better aim so was the bigger threat.  I also knew Phoenix could handle the 2 fighters, so I could take it out" she explained. "when the merchantman began bailing, that..got me a bit torn.  I admit it." if she made a mistake she'd use it to learn "Lizzy told me to chase'm. so I did.  for better or worse it helped find that Cap ship.  Called in.  I was too close to u-turn and it was just waking up, I figured then to keep close so it would have trouble getting guns on me until I could get away" she shrugged "Then the other fighters came.  I was trying to use them to help me get out and away from the cap ship towards Phoenix. they got good shots and my weapons jammed. did get one fighter on me smoking though" she took a breath then continued " I knew Lizzy was hurting too.  my thought was join her and we'd cover each other back to Hermes. I commed for her and then we joined up.  I used most of my remaining ammo to shoot at the other fighter on me.  figured then I might be able to out distance them and get back to Hermes.  get new 'rides' and back out to fight when the program stopped" she looked at Shadow. "anything else?" she said calmly, a lot less pissed than she was in the middle of the program when she was growling and gnashing her teeth.

 Lizzy listened then responded," When we got there we split up into two groups the eliminate them faster, Yes I took the fighters, I knew I could at least hold off if not eliminate them before Nikki finished off the Merchantman.

 Nikki went after the escaping shuttles when they bailed, I then eliminated our last threat then went to aid Angela. Angela got the kill shot then we headed to the shuttles when the Cap ship was discovered. Nikki was way other by the Cap ship, Angela was beat up some, and Justin was fighting the Leader of his group.

 I do want to say good work Justin calling the Hermes so fast, that I believe saved our asses. Then I knew the Hermes was coming so just had to stay alive until they arrived. I decided to go right after the leader of the incoming squadron and just flew my ass off and took out the Leader. Luckily not all 20 went after me, they split up and the four us fought to just stay alive. Nikki and I had to limp back, but we all made it back alive, and the threat eliminated I assume. That is why I did what I did sir."

 I'll defer to You, LC..you're the Big Bad  when it comes to the  Fighter Wing. Chief  said.

 Now?... Justin   did  do the right thing  and Letting us know the Cap ship was there.... Different  scenarios  in The SIMs have  different triggers... when the COM came you had ...whatever time.. the  SIMs   figured it would take  for the  Hermes to reach you.

 For me? whether  i was  with the  Fighter  wing..My flight, or just a wingman.. i would have taken the fighters  first... is there anyoe of you that thinks a freighter  can out distance a Skeeter?...   so.. You call the  Hermes. make your  report and  try to take out the  escorts.. if you  win.. you can cripple the  freighters .   I am sure the Admiral  will make  an announcement at some point.. But any   vessels  that  are enemy vessels , or  aiding the enemy. we are to  capture of destroy... if they are carrying supplies we can  add those  supplies  to the Fleets  support ships, and  add the ship to  the fleet.. the bottom like is.. if  we can't  keep them, they can't keep them..

 now? if  we are in a battel... we can try to  damage   Cap ships..and/or  cover  our  torpedo  craft... he holds up the readouts,I can't  fault   what  you guys did i there. but  you have  forget its a SIM.  or else you're  just playing an expensive Vid game.  So.. Not  Bad ,  now you guys should be seeing about getting ready for the shore leave.

Nikki listened. Then she spoke when he released them all. "I believe we have an appointment with Commander Si for dresses to the upcoming Ball" she looked to Lizzy and Angela "plus pick up Haley at school"

 Lizzy nodded and smiled at the LC, that seemed like a pretty good outcome. " Thank you LC." Lizzy smiled and then turned to Nikki, " Yes we do, I will comm Izzy to meet us there, I love get fancy dresses, plus I look amazing in them." Lizzy giggled then smiled and waved goodbye to Chief Orric.

 Lizzy then sent a text comm message to Izzy," Hey my love, I am heading to our room to get ready to go to Captain Si's for dresses for the Ball."

 Lizzy smiled at Nikki and said," Ok I will meet Izzy at our place then meet you guys at Captain Si's go early it gets crowded fast." Lizzy then headed out to the Officer's Quarters.

Justin gave the ladies a wave as they headed to Captain Si's quarters

Nikki nodded. "Okay.  I'll go get out Unicorn Warrior Princess" she smiled tiredly as she left heading to the school.
