 Meari walked onto the dec and headed for her quarters, once there she got changed into her armor, and her weapons. She left the bow, and swords but brought her shotgun, and checked all her other blades including her throwing knives hidden on her armor.

 Once she was all set she got her head gear and headed for her duty on the Hanger Dec.

ug and the squad woke up to the announcement Shadow made.  slowly they roused and got ready.  They were not pilots and were again scheduled for patrol.  10 minutes of stretching worked out the kinks.  Dressed and ready they headed for breakfast still leaving time to see some of the smaller shuttles take off following the big uglies out.  luckily the Rec Dec ladies still had some food and drink left on the Hangar dec.

 Meari walked onto the Dec, smiled at the guards and thanked them. Once in her quarters she removed her clothes then took a welcomed shower.  Meari was careful with her knee using her new training to make sure it healed right and as fast as possible. Meari got everything she needed for Med Tech class together for her class tomorrow, she did not want to be late it was the second day after her last class.

 Meari wrapped her knee and then checked everything again and laid down on her bed and was asleep very quickly.

 Meari woke up and her knee was sore but it did feel better. She would look up in her books to see how long she should use her crutch, and too check the actual time of her class. Meari got dressed in her duty uniform and got her normal weapons for non Guard duty. Once she was ready she would head to SEC depending on how much time she had before class.

 Meari walked onto the dec, she smiled at the guards and headed for her quarters. She took off her armor noting it saved her life a few times when she looked at the marks on it. Once she was undressed she showered and put on a clean duty uniform. She checked the status of ordering new special arrows, and then gathered up her armor and headed for QM.

Kira and Morgan came off the elevator she had a couple slices of pizza in a box to eat for later, "It's gonna be a long day tomorrow Morgan, hopefully we can get the mechs repaired in quick fashion, with the way things are going it won't be long until we are called into action again" by the time she finished they reached Morgans door.

  Opening the Door, Morgan  gave a shrug.Hard to tell?  Right? Were not goign to be doing any fighting on the way to Etna.... The  three  quads out here  are uncontested  ESN/APF... we finalized that  with the crushing of that  nest station. Alpha , beta and delta
 are all secure... out side of   patrols or  flotillas sneaking about...

 Morgan's  quarters  were neat as a pin, he had some  action figures of Mechs on the top of his  desk

Kira looked around the room and let out a small whistle, "Your quarters are a lot nicer then mine, mines filled to the brim with paint supplies and canvas's" she then made sure the door was shut and locked before taking off her shirt and setting it on the chair she then got comfortable on the bed perhaps a bit to comfortable, "So shall we watch some captain lightning?"

 Meari smiled and nodded at the guards and thanked them like she usually does, and then entered her quarters. She got undressed checked her knee, put everything away, she checked her messages and then went to bed.

Her alarm woke her up in plenty of time to get dressed get her new medals on her dress uniform. Once she was showered, fully dressed in he dress uniform with her weapons she then headed for the Hanger Dec and Send Off.

Jug and crew made a set for Onnu to be comfortable.  Jug went an brought her back to Med Dec and helped her to her new bed to Rest in.  Breakfast and such would be brought to her.  each gava would take turns watch in her and making sure she would heal correctly.

  there was a knock on the door when Jug opened it, she saw the Admiral  standing there.I didn't want to distrub   your   trooper... Onnu?  right?..But Stefi said  she was release... May I come in..only for a Moment, they you can Carry on.

   When he  entered he smiled  at Onnu,Captain Morris is very good  at dotting his  1's  and  crossing his T'...but, he did  COM me  and tell me of a mistake he made  in the Gava  awards..he was   going to  bring  it  down himself..but i thought it better if i did..

  He  stood near the set up they had  for  the wounded Gava.As you know.. the awards   are  made and handed out  per ship...mainly, to make sure  the   crewman get them in a timely fashion.. Captain Morris happened to miss this one.....

 He   opened the   felt bag he had  an placed it on the Gava's tummy, and  opened the   hardwood  box  that had a Purple heart resting inside.

 Most people  who get it, feel they didn't  earn anything, to get it... But this  stands for more then you getting  wounded in combat... It tells ever  Officer, from every ship...station or  colony..that  you were wounded honorably..that you fought the enemyand paid a price for it.. So , Trooper  Onnu.. I think your for  your actions, on behalf of the   Hermes, the crew, and Myself...Again.. I brought it here..or Captain Morris  would have...because  you deserve  the  recognition . It doesn't mean any more then  anyone else's Purple heart...but it damn well means the same.. He places the box  on her tummy by the  bag. Turning to  Jug he said,

 Thank You , LT  , for your time... Carry on.. and he  stepped out  into the hall to head to the elevator

Jug and the others (other than Onnu) came to attention and saluted. "We were told she needed another 24 hours bed rest, Admiral".
He let the Admiral present the award to Onnu, who seemed rather embarrassed by the fuss, still saluted and thanked the Admiral.
When he was done Jug saluted again "We are honored to serve the Hermes and crew, as well as the officers and enlisted.  We will protect all on ship like family"

  Admiral  Hack winked at Jug,..I know that...that's why you're on this boat...

 he smiled  and  left.

 Meari got to her quarters after a very fun evening, the human mating ritual was very interesting and fun. Once back to her quarters she would get undress , she would then shower, meditate and then head to bed.

 Meari woke up early, she did a small workout in her room after she got up and then showered again. She then got on a duty uniform and wasnt sure where to check in, so she decided to go to SEC first and see if Kira contacts her for combat suit testing or use.  Once she was dressed and had her normal weapons for walking around the Hermes, her Udenese capsulized ammo, her Udenese paired combat knives, her Kukri's at her mid back, hard ammo side arm in a shoulder holster and one eye jack knife on her belt. She would leave the Shotgun, swords and bow in her room. She did carry the heavy pulse she had too return that to SEC.

 Once she was ready she headed out of her quarters and headed for SEC.

 Meari got to her quarters, it was good to be back home. She put her armor and weapons away and put on a duty uniform, with her kukris, Udenese sidearm and the 45 hard ammo sidearm in their holsters and her one eyed jack knife and of course her Udenese paired boot knives.

 Once she was ready she checked her messages, and too see if they gave her prices for her arrows yet. Meari then headed to Med Tech to check on and maybe see Frakas.

finally back aboard Jug and the other gava headed for their quarters.  Jug waved at Meari as they hoisted their treasures and gain.  Broad sharp toothed smiles, looking exceptionally pleased.  Onnu now walking at least was not smiling at first until each of the other gava handed a gift to Onnu each.  Sweets and special goodie.  Each gave her something of theirs to share, each different so she had a variety.  Then she was happy as well.
One thing Uvuvu brought was something called an expresso foamer.  Not as big as the one at Joes place but big enough to make atleast one cup at a time.
Jug brought a few things for Haley, Roll, and Can.  sticker books and books to color in.  Haley a small music box that had a spinning unicorn and played music.  For both Can and Roll. Each got a set of colorfully clear shapes that could lock three dimensionally.
They also had another wounded, and his things brought back as well.  They were invigorated by the combat too, which felt good in a strange way.

 Meari gets to her quarters, she showers, then changes into her enviro suit and then her Udenese Medium armor. No swords or bow this time, definitely shotgun, but she needed something with more devastation than her shotgun for what they may be boarding. Once she had her normal sidearms, boot knives, and kukri's as well, she then checked herself. Meari decided she needed more firepower for this jump off. Meari left her quarters and headed for QM lockers.

Roo was unsteady on her feet as she waited to get her assignment of quarters. She was grateful for the speed in which the quartermaster made it through the paperwork and got her into her rooms. Tossing her bag of gear on the bed, Roo stripped out of her service gear and headed for the shower. Good thing she had taken the time earlier to get some grub in her tummy, otherwise she'd probably have been giddy with hunger by now. As it was she was still satisfied with things, and her second shower of the day was exquisite.

Done with the shower, she stepped out, dried off, did her hair and put on a bit of makeup, slid into her dress uniform... it was an after battle party after all... then headed out. She found herself hoping she had gotten things done in time. She didn't want anyone else hogging all the booze, conversation, and dance floor for themselves!

 Meari had a great time spending time with Supe, Hodden and the others, she did get too see Vaka before she left as well, she really liked him and his fighting spirit.

 Meari went to her quarters got undressed put everything away and went too sleep. Meari woke up early she quickly got dressed in her Dress Uniform and she got a comm to be a member of the honor guard. She got all dolled yp with all her medals and ribbons. in her dress uniform she had her one sidearm, her boot knives, knife on belt and had her swords on the side for the ceremony. She was honored and excited to be asked to be an honor guard.

 Meari then headed for SEC to get ready.

Jug and the Gava dressed for the send off.  For now at least all were healthy.  She was glad of that.

Roo made it safely to her quarters, bouncing off only a couple of walls as she wobbled, slightly tipsy, to her door. Inside, she stripped bare, walked over to her gear bag, and pulled out her vibrator. She might be doing the smart thing in slowing down her desires to jump into someone's bunk, but that didn't mean she wasn't horny as-all-get-out from meeting so many nice people. Roo slid under the covers of her bed, made herself happy, then drifted off to sleep.

She didn't sleep well.

Roo fought today's battle in her dreams all night long. Her brain bringing up all the events, the people around her, the bodies, the blood. Over and over again she made those dashes to give aid to injured crew. When the call to wake sounded, Roo rolled out of bed feeling more tired than when she had crawled in it.

"Baise moi!"

She got up, showered, dressed, then headed out for Send-Off.

TI-JO stepped off the lift and looked to the guard nearest him, NCO side? he gestured with his finger, between the sides.

  The Guards   nodded and Pointed to the  door on the stern side of the elevator...right through there... Admiral keeps them close, without them interferring , too much, with   the  troopers.

TI-JO nodded. Thanks. he headed off to his quarters, went inside and spent time squaring away his gear.
