 With a Sad Look , Smithson looks at the Civie 'street'well, if  we got things running  around down here.. it might  be the only thing  we have between us  and losing the ship...

    The  Largran ship the Fighters  attacked  began to fire  less, Fires  Burned rom some of the  Gun emplacements. It slowly turned  away from the  trail of the Slave ship.

 Lt Star Shouted into his COMS   Half   of Us  Go after the slave ship, the  other Half , attack the Larrgans... Hit thier  Enegines Until they Blow up...or are drifting....

 'alrady Dones' followed the  order as Star and Half the Fighters  headed towards the Slave ship.

  The Taurus  took some Pounding ,  Captain Lighting   stayed in his command Chair as the  saw the LArgan  light up from the  inside, then break in half if a firey flash.,The ESN Vessel turned away from the  exploding   Lizardship..

 The Mechs worked  hard to try and  Cut the breeching hole... the  Plate  came Loose, Just as   the  Shuttle  Hovered Over  top... The  Woman  pulled the plate Up and  let it  drift away, the   shuttle's   bottom Hatch opened and the  Boarding  Tube  came  down to   be Moved over top. In seconds there was a Flash as it fused to the   rim, sealing..

 Broadswords   Voice   came Into the COMS About time!..... Hurry to the  Bridge, try  and Breach holes there , to kill of shut down the bridge...NOW!

 the Mechs  moved   quickly towards the front of the ship...

Bo finishes the set up with Mandy.  "Ye've got more than ye think.  You know the lay out.  You know where ye can set up kill zones, and demon tanks are notoriously dim about such things." He looks thoughtfully as he runs a water line to the nearest available water suply.  "It's the others we have to worry about, but bottle necks could solve that."

"Ahh they got in!" Ajax kept watching intently.

  The Camera cuts to  Broadsword  and her people dropping  into the shell of largran  slave  ship, two  people  set up and begin cutting  to get into the ship.

  Showing the flashing Blue  eyes  of Broadsword  she  readies her  Thompson SMG,..when we get in there? We shoot anyhting that nots Human, Sanri or Occui....if you see a Human in a red Uniform...Kill it.....


 Star's   Fighters began to  fire  at the Flanks of the slave ship, to help distract from any Nose the Shuttle  Migh  make...

   Behind the slave ships, One Largans  ha d Broken into three pieces, fires, sparks and smoke signaling its  death.

 the other  largan was   spinning slowly, Its Engines  done... a Hand full of   Fighters from those  two ships darted  around the Black, while a few ESN fighters chased them

 The  Taurus  was turning in towards the Slave ship

 Then a commercial came on...

Ajax jumped up from the couch: "Okay babe thats it! I've got to get to work, and you to the Lockdown area!
...it was a good show! I'm glad I got to see it."
Ajax grabbed his bag and watched Sam grab up her stuff.

Outside, Ajax looked around for Mr Smithson and the other nearby neighbors that he knew.

 Sam Nods  a bit sadly. She was nervous, of course, but she had been in the tunnels  when  Ajax  and the rest came in to save them. This? was not near as scary ( if  you didn't  really know what was about to happen)

   she grabbed her  Bag and held her stuffed animal as they walked out the Door.

  Smithson was in the street with his  Pulse rifle.  Joe Mac could be seen through the window of his Building   as he   tucked things away.

 a lot of people sat on the  steps of their   buildings  or   on the sideway...waiting...

Ajax looked down at his beautiful daughter:
"Sam you know the drill. I'll be back when the fighting is done honey!"
Ajax reached down and grabbed her up in a tight hug. ...he really hated to leave her, but... another battle had to be won.

Ajax waved at his landlord and approached:
"Mr Smithson! I need to go and prepare. Can you keep an eye on Sam?"

   Joseph finishes off and locks his shop down "Ah, there you are lad, how are ya?"

  Smithson Shouted,everyone who isn't  using a weapon.... head to the lock down...

  Looking at Mandy, he  Points to Sam and asks her to  stay with her. Mandy Nods.  More then a few  women Have weapons and grenades...just in cast.


 we leave the Door Open,  just High enough for the Red Dec  people  to get down here.... in 25 Minutes  we lock it down.....

  Mac hears the call, "Well, sounds like they're playing our song." He belts on his Walthurs "Take care out there Ajax, and come back to us."

  Smithson looked around, Counting Joe Mac there  were 14 people with weapons... 3 or them  women.

  ..from the last time?...we had a eye opener.. them Demons just popped up on the  Football field...now?  The Admiral  said it was because  we had that lady Demon on board, gave them the best place to beam in?..I dunno...but i do know this.... That Ramp is the only way to get to us of the farms....it was made like that for a reason, to funnel any bad guys into  a wide open kill zone. The Farm has brought Up some of the  refuse  containers with thier fork lifts, we'll put  7 of us at the Containers, the rest will spread around the Buildings.....and? I hope we get bored as  the 9 hells!

   Joseph smiles, "sounds like a plan.  Any way to make it harder for them to target us, and easier for us to target them?"

  Smithson shrugged,they don't have nothing to  hid behind coming down the ramp.... the 6 who will saty  'in town' can snipe from windows and such...not like real city fighting...but ..well..if they get this far..things  are worse them we thought.

 Smithson is looking older then his years  as he  shoulders the 'command' of the Militia .well?  You got those  hand  weapons, you may as well take the barrier  with us, that will allow us to Put a rifleman in a window somewhere..and you can support the rifles, maybe Toss a grenade or two....Like i said...they come running down that Ramp?...we  must be in pretty bad  shape.

   Smithson  and the others watched the screens..it was hard to follow as the screens were set to randomize footage...there were  sounds of  explosions that meant  they wer small hits  or near hits...but the ship shook a bit  when the EVOLs   hit the starboard side.

 Smithson Looked Up at the ceiling and shook his head,Damn scary business....

 one of the older men, wore a battered  ESN  field jacket, and   carried  his   Carbine like a Pro...Naw..this is Good..if they are  hammering us, that means there aren't any troops on board....yet....

If the Hades has a similar interior design our women and children might not be as safe where they are, and they will have a floor plan they can use to beam people in."   down in the middle of the   Lockdown There was a pair of Vids on showing everyone what was going on, again , the feeds were random, so ons scene  might show a Gun Camera from an Apollo fighter...while  the  next view came  from a Helmet  Cam of  a boarder.

  some kids were playing Games, it was Noted that   the adults who had  weapons  were  sitting next to the   door, they stayed there, even after  it was lowered  down... There   Lockdown was set up  for survival, everything  from bath rooms and O2  converters,  to  some   Gooking  areas and   'fridges'...there was also a grand stack of   Packaged  food.

   Hack  Voice    called for people to Hang on.. a second or two later  the People who didn't were sliding  , or slamming into the starboard Walls.

 Smithson, Himself   Hit into a bench by the trees, then he  hung on for dear life.

   the roar and shake of the starboard Guns  came as fast as  anyone could remember the batteries firing, then, the ship Righted it self back,, Smithson had  Blood Coming from his head. he  frowned,..of all the 9 hells.... I get wounded  by a gods, be damned tree?

   Bo had had enough exp with hack to run and hang on for his life when the order came through.  Still he made it by the skin of his teeth.  "This is ESN, you'll probably get a medal for it."

   Joseph hunts down a first aid kit as the sound of external impacts decreases.  he derma foams Smithson's wound.  "We need to get the bunker open as soon as possible, there are going to be worse injuries down there.  How good are they at remembering to call the all clear?"
