Upon hearing her door buzzer Izzy would reluctantly get up to answer it, fully expecting to be on the receiving end of yet more bad news or perhaps even another dressing down to go with the others. Taking a moment to smooth out her robe and make sure that the belt was properly tightened so that it wouldn’t open up, Izzy would open the door and offer Lizzy a weak smile as she said ”oh hey Lizzy, I wasn’t expecting you” With Lizzy quickly noticing that the makeup was gone, as was the pink dress and ribbon she had been wearing. It was also clear that she was more than a little upset.

 Lizzy stood in the doorway, her makeup was a mess from her crying, and she looked like hell as well. Lizzy replied," Hi Izzy, I sent a comm message but I wanted to talk to you before tomorrow."  She takes a deep breath and says," I am sorry what happened I didn't know they where going to do that, I thought you would get the scoop on the story, if you don't want to talk to me anymore I understand, have a good night, I am glad you are okay Izzy."

 Lizzy was hurting and Izzy could see that on her face, her life had been thrown in chaos, her Father was probably dead by now, good he fucking deserved it. Lizzy really needed someone to talk too and spill her guts too, but Izzy also looked she was having a bad dayand she looked upset as well.

 Lizzy smiled and added," I see you are upset Izzy I will be going then, I did have a great time tonight, and again I am so sorry." Lizzy would then began to leave as tears began to fall down her face.

"Don't go!" Izzy blurted out as Lizzy turned to leave "...please, you're the only person that will talk to me" she added miserably before stepping to one side and indicating that Lizzy could come inside if she wanted to, with the poor woman seemingly as much in need of a shoulder to cry on as she was "I turned my comms unit off, so I'm afraid I didn't get your message....um...what did it say?" she quietly asked, hoping that it hadn't been yet more bad news. Because up until their trip to SEC she had been really enjoying herself and so was hoping that maybe, just maybe, that Lizzy still wanted to be her friend.

 Lizzy turned slowly and as soon as Izzy said Don't go, Lizzy immediately turned around and walked towards Izzy. " Oh that is not true, from what I remember you talked to a few people and that silver haired Lt. the one like Beth you two seemed like friends, but you have upset a few people since you got here but maybe together we can mend some of those fences."

 Lizzy walks into Izzy's room she will stand there and say," Oh hear I will show you." Lizzy took out her Comm's and she displayed the message that she sent Izzy.
Comm Text to Izzy:" Hi Izzy I am sorry I ran off I just needed some time, thank you for being there for me, I have to see the Admiral then if it is okay, I would like to meet to talk after, please let me know and again I am sorry but that news and seeing my asshole Father rocked my world I hope you understand. xoxoxox"

 After she showed Izzy the message she put away her Comm's and said," I am sorry I lost it at SEC, I was having a great time with you Izzy." Lizzy would take Izzy's hand and add," Really I did, I enjoyed spending time with you and the Observation Dec with you was amazing, umm if you would like maybe we can umm maybe go out again Izzy, I really do like you a lot."

 Lizzy smiled at Izzy and then gave Izzy a strong hug, and she added," I have no family anymore it is just me now, but my Mom is always watching over me, I can feel her." Lizzy begins to cry again on Izzy's shoulder.

”She’s still on Bura” replied in a sad little voice when Lizzy mentioned Sam ”...and Shadows and his friends just seem to have it in for me” she continued, deciding that she’d be doing her best to avoid the WC and his girlfriend’s from now on rather than trying to mend any fences.

A quick glance around her quarters would reveal a neat if unadorned apartment with the only decoration consisting of a couple of photos taped to her locker. One was of Izzy with her arm around a middle aged Asian woman that was most likely her mother going by their similar looks, with another picture showing her with a group of soldiers in desert cam, with a bear of a sergeant putting his arm about her slender shoulders.

Thankfully the message hadn’t contained any further bad news with her nodding her head in understanding, before being engulfed in another of Lizzy’s hugs ”oh please don’t cry, you’ll set me off!” she said rubbing Lizzy’s back ”...would you like to stay for a drink? It’d be nice to have someone to talk to and...I...I would love to go on another date with you, I still have my job so maybe we could go dancing?”

 Lizzy held Izzy closed and said,Sorry she stayed there she seemed very nice, I can't imagine what she went through with those scars. Lizzy will pat her on the back and add,Well that might be good for now but I will help, just many people here don't trust reporters, you have to prove to them you have the best interests of the Fleet and the War in mind and also get your stories out. I know you can do it, but if I was you I would mend things with Beth as soon as you can, it will be advantageous to have her on your side for sure.

 Lizzy continues the hug and says, Sorry I am okay it has been quite the day for sure. Lizzy would gain her composure smile and release the hug, wipe her eyes and add,I would love to stay for a drink, yes I think we could both use that Izzy, thank you.

 When Izzy said she wanted another date with her and go dancing this time Lizzy smiles and says,That would be wonderful, I would like that a lot, I can't wait to dance with you, and also you need to practice as well. Before Izzy could figure out what Lizzy meant by practice, Lizzy leaned into Izzy and gave her one passionate, sincere, kiss full of heart and caring. Lizzy will keep up the kiss until Izzy stops it, Lizzy will be nice and keep her hands only on Izzy's back even though she wanted so much to move them to other places on Izzy's amazing body.

    Shadow  got off the elevator, he   looked  like he  just had to swallow  a spoon fulls of   Mull Veggie stew...

   Max and STiff saluted him  as he   made his way  to us    quarters, he took out a COM  chip  and pointed to  the reporter's  door.

 Max  nodded..Stiff head up  two fingers and his eyebrows  went up and down.

 Shadow's shoulders  slumped , the guards  laughed  softly  as he rang  Pressed the Buzzer  to Izzy's   quarters.

"Hmm I think I'm getting better at this" Izzy giggled as she broke off the kiss, enjoying the feel of Lizzy's arms around her, with Izzy being very aware of the fact that she was currently only wearing a decidedly thin robe that would leave little to the imagination if Lizzy decided to let her hands wander "I'm feeling very under dressed at the moment, I haven't even got my makeup on!" she giggled as that same giddy feeling she'd had on the observation dec returned.

It was just as she was about to suggest that she go and make the drinks and they take a seat on the bed that the door buzzer would go off prompting her to curse in Chinese before offering Lizzy an apologetic smile "Sorry, I'll go and get rid of them, there's some pads and stuff in the bathroom if you want to fix your makeup, not that you have to, I mean you still look amazing with panda eyes but...you know" Izzy nervously babbled before quickly leaving to answer the door.

Of all the people she'd expected to come calling Shadow had been pretty low on her list "Lieutenant Commander, What can I do for you?" she asked in a polite if slightly cool voice, with the way that she stood in the doorway with her arms crossed more than hinting that she wouldn't be inviting him in unless she really had to.

 Lizzy smiled and said," Yes you are getting a lot better, but I think you need more practice." She chuckled and she felt when she held Izzy she had very little on but her robe, Lizzy got a little excited but she wasn't going to push it, not tonight.

 Lizzy heard the buzzer, damn Lizzy thought, well she actually wondered who it was," I guess I will just take off my makeup, I wish I had my robe here." She chuckles and  was going to head tot he bathroom to take off her makeup, but she turned when Izzy said Lt. Commander, that had to be Shadow, she turned and saw her LC standing there. She smiled and waited to see what he wanted as she stood behind Izzy smiling.

   Shadow's demnor  changed  as soon as he  hear the timbre of her voice, he  gave a bit of a snort.

  Admiral  aske d   Beth to  send this to you... she  said 'not unlwess you order  me".. So.. I was picked... Here... he gave her   a Disc,  Pivoted   to  head on  down to his quarters  to change.

Offering Shadow a smile that wouldn't quite reach her eyes, Izzy would take the disc from him, rolling her eyes at his comment concerning Beth "Well thank you for bringing me this Lieutenant Commander, enjoy the rest of your evening" she politely said before allowing him to go on his way. Her mother had taught to always be polite regardless of how you felt about about a person, a lesson that had kept her in good stead so far and would probably be in heavy use during her stay on the Hermes.

Closing the door behind her, Izzy would drop the disc on to the breakfast bar deciding that she would deal with it tomorrow before then retrieving another glass from her cupboards and pouring a pair of drinks whilst Lizzy was in the bathroom. Upon her return she would smile and hand her the glass of dark purple liquid "It's a Burian liquor, apparently it's supposed to be relaxing so I'd hoped it would help me sleep though it hasn't worked so far" she said taking a sip of the strong, fruity drink as she walked over to the bed. Taking a seat she would beckon for Lizzy to join her, quietly wishing that she had a sofa as she did so, before softly asking "Now...where were we?"

 Lizzy smiled at Shadow as she went into the bathroom and took off her makeup and went back out after Shadow left.

 Lizzy walked out smiled and said,  I wonder what that is,  I hope they gave you something good and you can tell your boss you can get a interview with the daughter of that traitorous bastard. Lizzy stopped she was getting emotional so she decided to leave that alone for now.

 Then Izzy got her a glass of Burian liquor, she took a sip and said,Wow that is good and is pretty strong Izzy, and if that doesn't help you sleep I have only one other idea to help you sleep.

 Lizzy  takes another sip of the drink, sits next to Izzy and says, I think we where practicing.

 Lizzy would then put her glass down and give Izzy am amazing deep felt kiss but this time one of her hands moved down to her cute butt and gave it a squeeze.

"It's probably just a copy of tonight's footage, I'll check it in the morning" she said in a dismissive voice, knowing that if that was the case that it would be pretty much useless to her. As for Lizzy's offer of an interview she wasn't sure that it was something she wanted to do. Sure an exclusive interview with the daughter of the traitorous father that had killed her hero of a mother would certainly go someway to putting her back into her bosses good graces, the question was whether she was prepared to put Lizzy through what would be a decidedly painful experience just for the sake of an interview.

That however could wait until tomorrow with Izzy deciding that she would much rather sit on the bed and drink Burian liquor with Lizzy "oh? And what would that idea be?" she softly asked, though before she was able to get an answer to her question Lizzy had decided that she needed to get a little more practice in, which resulted in a startled gasp when Lizzy found something she liked "you, Lizzy O'Conner are misbehaving" Izzy breathed as she gently removed Lizzy's hand from her rear and placed it back on her waist, though judging by the look in her pretty hazel eyes as she continued to kiss her, she had rather enjoyed the attention even if she wasn't willing to admit it. Meanwhile one of Izzy's rather dainty hands would entwine itself into Lizzy's hair as her other slowly migrated down from the centre of her back to her waist almost as if she had intended to return the favour before chickening out.

 Lizzy smiled and said," Okay Izzy don't forget to check it, it might be important." Lizzy smiled she was still a mess inside, but the look of utter terror on her father's face when he heard her Mother's voice she knew she meant nothing to him, she took a breath and tried not to cry.

 Lizzy chuckled when Izzy asked what her idea was, so Lizzy gave her the answer and Izzy gasped, and said she was misbehaving. " Yes Izzy I am sorry I can't help myself when I am alone with such a beautiful, wonderful, intelligent woman, who has one hell of a ass." She smiles again. Lizzy enjoyed Izzy's hand entwined in her hair, then she felt Izzy's hand go down her back and she thought she might grab her butt but she stopped.

 Lizzy took another sip of her drink and said," Again Izzy I am sorry about everything, but other than the little problem we ran into, I think we had a wonderful evening. The Burian liquor is very good, but Izzy I should probably leave if I drink anymore and stay here I might not be able to control myself. I don't want that to happen , if it ever will when you are ready Izzy, and I don't want to ruin everything on the first date, actually our second I got drunk on our first date."

 Lizzy figured one more kiss and then she would leave and let Izzy get some rest. Lizzy gently pulled Izzy to her she pressed her large chest into Izzy and gave her a wonderful, sweet, passionate kiss that told izzy she really cared about her. Lizzy held Izzy close and wanted to move her hands to two places but she kept her hands around Izzy's waist during the kiss, she will let Izzy stop the kiss.

With Lizzy saying that she should probably go she would receive a disappointed look from Isobel as she reluctantly agreed with her. Knowing that if she stayed and they both continued drinking, something she wasn't particularly used to herself, then it would only lead to one thing, and as much as she enjoyed Lizzy's company she didn't think she was ready to take the next step.

With Lizzy's extremely large breasts pressing tightly against her tiny frame Izzy would return the kiss. Her heart hammering within her chest as she continued to play with Lizzy's long red hair with her other hand momentarily brushing against her ass before hurriedly returning to the small of her back as she once again lost her nerve.

With her breath coming in short gasps she would break off the kiss and gently nuzzle the side of Lizzy's neck, savouring the smell of the woman's perfume as she softly asked "I'll see you tomorrow then?" with her sorely tempted to ask her to stay the night despite knowing that the time wasn't right "I really like you Lizzy, and I want to spend a lot more time with you" she blurted out, glad that she' managed to get the words out despite the fact that her cheeks were now slowly changing to a rosy shade of pink.

 Lizzy smiled she didn't want to leave but she didn't want to move to fast and Lizzy wasn't sure if Izzy was ready for lesbian sex yet. When Izzy said she would see her tomorrow Lizzy replied," Yes you will see me tomorrow not sure what the LC has planned but when I am free I will Comm you okay."  Lizzy really liked Izzy it was helping her deal with everything that was going on, oh Lizzy wanted to stay and please Izzy to no end but she wanted this to be a real relationship or at least give it a try.

 Lizzy smiled and when Izzy said she liked her, her smile was huge, and she wanted to spend a lot more time with her. Lizzy said, as she gave Izzy a big hug," You know I like you and spending a lot more time together is perfect with me, the more time the better I say."
Lizzy then gave her a tender loving kiss and then moved away and headed for the door.

 Lizzy smiled," Thank you for everything Izzy, I will be okay with you in my life, also you better check that disc the LC wouldn't have brought it too you himself if it wasn't important trust me. See you tomorrow and turn your Comms back on okay. Good night Izzy, I had a great time, and also you can touch my ass anytime you want okay." She smiles and heads for the door, she will wait by the door for Izzy's response before she leaves.

"I'll...um...bare that in mind" Izzy said with a blush as Lizzy pointed out that she'd noticed her failed attempts to cop a feel and was ok with her doing so. With a mournful sigh she would watch Lizzy leave before hitting the door lock, her eyes falling on the disc that the LC gad given her "Alright, let's see what rubbish you've left me with" Izzy said with a weary sigh as she picked up the disc and loaded it into her computer, deciding to give it a quick look over before going to sleep.

 the   ships  clock  said   20:00 hours.

  The    Disc  was  short and to the Point.Ensign  Sakura . Regardless of the   way you reacted to  my Chief COMs offcier, over something that, yu did not even know existed. I have  decided to offer you another chance. to make a 'splash' as it were...at 1900 hours there is  a Meeting on the Hanger Dec. that is  goign  to be based on out upcoming action....  Lizzy smiled at Izzy and headed for her quarters. She smiled and waved at the Guards and then went into her quarters, where she took off her dress,  her lingerie and then went into the shower. She sat under the hot water as the whole day played out in her head, it was another whirlwind day on the Hermes for sure.

 Lizzy was all over the place happy about spending time with Izzy , had a slight hiccup but it ended very nicely. Then everything with her father, the Neutron and her Mother. She wondered if that asshole was still alive, she hoped he would still be in agony to pay for what he had done. She wish she knew her Mother and got to spent time with her, things would have been so much different.

 Lizzy finished up her shower dried off and put her robe on. She went out to her computer and decided to check on messages, information and to see if her Mom's message was still out there, and what the responses to it was.

Stifling a yawn Izzy would would load the disc and listen to message it contained in growing horror. With a string of Chinese curses that would have horrified her mother Izzy quickly dashes into her bedroom and quickly starts pulling on her clothes. She would burst out of her quarters a few minutes later dressed in her duty uniform and speaking in rapid Chinese that was interspersed with the word "Shadow" as she headed for the lifts, followed by her tiny drone.

Once inside she would pause in her litany of insults to apply her makeup. She had missed the start of the meeting so no doubt Beth would be running the cameras in her half arsed manner by now, however she was determined to at least be present at the meeting.

 Lizzy  sees the  Message is still goign,  certain sites had it.. news  stories  commented on it . One of the Biggest  stories  of the war, maybe? second to  Paradise   sending Tribute to blockcading   Demons vessels , until the  Delta Fleet ended that.

 Lizzy read the stories, and the comments, Lizzy was so happy her Mother's name was cleared and she would be seen as the hero she was and not someone who 'messed' up. Lizzy always knew her Mother did the right thing and now she proved it. Lizzy was still dealing with her own Father did, she just couldn't see how someone could do that too his wife and unborn child.

 Lizzy was all alone now, but her Father never truly loved her, and her Mother did everything she could to save her what a big difference. Lizzy was feeling really sad, but then she had the Hermes, this was her home and her family now. It was a up and down day with Izzy but Lizzy did find out amazing life altering news as well today.

 Lizzy really liked Izzy and hoped they could build a real relationship but her tensions with her bosses could be a problem but maybe things will get better. Lizzy did have one friend she will never forget and be able to thank, she got out her Comms.

Lizzy sent a Comm's text Message: To Harry: " Hi Harry if you are free I really need you, I am so messed up I need to tell you everything. I need my best friend technically you are my whole family now Harry."

 Lizzy started to cry again as she continued to read on her Mom and the aftermath of her message getting out there.

Sauntering down the corridor Harry would give the pair of troopers on duty a casual wave before stopping at Lizzy's door and hitting the buzzer, bracing herself for the emotional maelstrom that was her best friend.

 Lizzy was crying and looking at the news feeds , she was waiting for a Comm Message fro Harry when her buzzer went off. Lizzy tied her robe and got up from the computer. Lizzy wasn't sure who it was Izzy or Harry or someone else.

 Lizzy opened the door, Harry would see Lizzy crying again, Lizzy smiled when she saw Harry and gave her a huge hug almost knocking Harry on her ass,  as she said," Harry thank you I am so messed up right now, it has been one hell of a day to say the least, but the truth is out there now, let me tell you everything."

 Lizzy will motion Harry inside and shut the door. Lizzy said," I dont believe he did that to me and my Mother, but we don't have to worry about that scumbag asshole anymore. I am so glad you came Harry thank you, so ummm where do we start?"

No sooner had the door opened Harry would find herself being knocked off her feet by Lizzy’s overenthusiastic hug ”oh bloody hell!” Harry exclaimed, taking a moment to regain her footing before following the emotional redhead inside as she spoke of truth about her parents finally coming out before going on to promise that she would tell Harry everything. When asked where to start Harry would mentally rewind to their last conversation before saying ”well I’ve already heard the recording so tell me what happened whilst I was duking it out with that sloop...oh and more importantly did you manage to get into that pretty reporters knickers?” she asked with a mischievous gleam in her eyes.
