Zob turned to his com and read the same message and chuckles, "I knew they were gonna bond sooner or later just was not expecting it today... but yeah ill be there, who knows you might be next!"

 Larry looked a bit bummed out t hat Disna  wouldn't let him walk, after all? didn't he walk  through the  angel ship?  Nugest and  Zob  hefted  the Larg , The QM opened the Black Hanger  door ,

 Stepping  down the stairs to the   Landing,  they  Laid   the  litter on the Dec. Disna looked at  Shadow...are your most certain about this, LC?

 Larry   snorted and Burbled  and   laid his  head  down.  Shadow  went to the fighters  that were secured, betting the  same straps  they used  for the   Hammer IV, demon and Largran fighter.   He pointed to the    hooks  embedded  in the Dec..   flipping one up, taking the  three inch wide,1/2  inch thick   Poly  band in the  Hook and  secured the    fore claws.

  Disna    took out   fragments of bone from the shoulder, causing   Larry to  jerk and  snort some....Faoming it   full. as    Shade secured the Healthy  Middle leg..  Zob   secured  the     rear legs.. Nugest said...Nugest hold tail..

 Shadow  shrugged  as    he took  the Bottle of  Bue  stuff from shade, and went to the Med tech cabinet, , selecting the  proper   sized  needled . he doubled the  dose   that he, himself  would get.

     Larry flinched  a moment  as  Shadow injected the  shot just about, then below the wound... and he moved  back.

 Larry  began to slowly  twitch  and   snort..it built  up to thrashing, but the aircraft tethers held...  Nugest    got draged back and forth across the   Dec... Roll watched  with  a tear dripping down his   cheeks, as Larry Howled.

Roy helped secure Larry, having some idea what was coming...he made another mental note...you damned well better not confuse all these mental notes, Sarge... he told himself...to talk to the QM about building some restraints from the same type of webbing.  The war was not going to get any easier, the largs were not suddenly going to become more cautious, and so the odds that they were going to have to repeat this in the future were extremely high, and it would be less uncomfortable with legitimate restraints and not jury-rigged aircraft straps...

He shook his head as Nugest offered to hold Larry's tail, and shrugged when the Ape-Man insisted.  "Just be careful...you wind up under his back claws during this, and we're going to have to do it to you, too..." was all he said.  He stood back, next to Roll, as Shadow injected the serum, wincing at the initial convulsions brought on by the serum kicking the larg's healing abilities into overdrive.

"He'll be alright, Roll," Roy offered, when he noticed the tears.  "Shadow and I have both been through this.  It hurts like hell, and it hurts everywhere, not just where the wound was...but in a few hours, he'll be completely healed and ready to eat just about anything even remotely edible.  It's a risk we all take, and it's the worst thing about being the one responsible...sometimes things go wrong, and someone gets hurt...or worse.  This gives them a great chance at healing up completely, within hours, instead of healing to something less capable than they were, and taking days or even weeks to do it."

  Rolls  nodded  as he  sniffed,Gregor  clawed me up when they  fixed him... I ..I..don['t like see Larry hurt.

 Larry's thrashing  and Howls , you cant  give a larg something 'to bite on'.. Though it  took roughly  10 Minutes of 'thrash time" to those  watching  it seemed   much Longer.

 when it was  done.  larry was out... deep, steady breathing.. and  body was Limp.. Nuggets, who had   wet eyes  himself   showed Bruised on   his  cheeks from  where the tail got loose.

Disna  went over  , eh  studied the  would,  the  wound  was almost, completely closed.. he   added a tny bit of  foam.  and then Plasted  over it..

 he looked  back as Shadow and the others  approached.  He is  well... scanner   shows  no  more breaks,,, i got all of the  chips out, so  the bone  will form correctly... I think  we  need to  unbind  him, let him sleep....

 I'll stay  with him..You and Puskie  can take  care othe the other  hurt largs.

 Disna looked at Shadow...Its  fine, he's been here before... I think i'll even get him a card, next time i see the QM... He's  Hermes Pack, and a Larg master... if i can't trust him..well..

Roy crouched down beside the larg, resting one hand gently on the now-sleeping head in a gesture almost like benediction.  He nodded over at Roll.  "It would be good for him to wake up to a familiar face...and duty calls."  He glanced over at Shadow and rolled his eyes in the direction of where Admiral Hack's improvised war room would be up on the hangar dec.

"Now that he's through the bad part of it, I don't feel like my duty here outweighs my duty there, so I'm glad you're available and willing to do it, Roll."  He rose as he spoke, one of his hands coming to rest on Roll's shoulder in a similar gesture to the one he'd made with Larry.

He turned to help release the restraints, continuing as he worked, "If you feel like anything's not right with him, call us immediately...and please let me know when he wakes up."  It had been his orders that had put the larg in harm's way, and so he felt, in some degree, responsible for the wounds, but the risk was a part of the job.  He knew it, Larry knew it...everyone who went on boarding ops knew it.  So, while he felt responsible, he didn't feel guilty.  It could have just as easily been him.  It had been, in the past, several of them who were present there.

He stood up, looking over at Shadow.  "Whaddaya think, LC?  Time to go see what that Angel asshole has to say?"

   Yeah, Lets go.... RolL?    The fridge has  sodas  and juice in. there   dry good  snacks like crackers and cookies There might be some Pizza   rolls in there two,  gamma  wave is right there.. like Roy said, COM us   when he;s up, or  if you think something is    wrong.

Follow  me down, you'll get yer  card when ya leave...</Coral he took his own card from the   rack. There was a few empty spots on the  rack. The  clerk was already   putting in  small  letters   for NA-CE's  name.

   when they  walked down the  stairs.. MC=VC  saw  a Hammer  IV, much like  Lady. except the name under the cock  Pit was 'ADM  HACK'.. also  , locked in place for launch was a Largran and demon fighter..( old versions).

 there was a firing range,  and  a mat of the floor for   unarmed combat.. Two   dummies  with   think wooden  arms  sprouting out, several of them were broken..

 there were Computer set up, Under the stair  way and a fridge   with a gave  wave.  one bunk bed  against the stern wall.. and Roll was there with a sleeping larry.

   the  QM took them to the  port side, Three  tall , stainless   steel  units.. He says<Coral>Lokit.. there's  the  units.. Lots a room in there Cause the Admiral wants to stock up..   they have   padded  slots   fil them up and when yer  done, then Cabinets
 go  down to the foundry.... and..  don't  wake the larg, he had a hard time of it.

 NA-CE smiled and replied," Thank you, we will unload them and secure them. Ok great no problem we will bring them down thank you again." NA-CE then carefully had the group unload the cabinets using the key they got to open them and then start storing all the vials and she gets a final count when they are done.

 Once they were Done , the   crewman  carried the Cabinets up the stairs to the door.

 Roll watched them from time to time as he sat with the   passed out Larry.

 One of the crewman  called out as the   door  slid open... Ma'am?    some one is callign for a  Med tech.

NA-CE made sure everything was stored and secured. As the cabinets where taken away NA-CE replied,I wonder if they could melt that down and make an Angel Steel Trench knife for the LC his was bent on a mission.

 Then someone called for a Med Tech,On my way NA-CE headed for the Hanger Dec and who needed a Med tech.

Roy snorted as he tussled with the larg, glad to see Larry back up and active again.  "When have you EVER seen Larry be particular about the temperature of his food?" Roy asked.  "Sure, there's some beings that he doesn't like to eat, and others he doesn't even like to bite...but he'll eat his meat scraps in any condition from almost-frozen to fresh off the grill, if it's something he likes."

He reached past Larry's paws, planting a hand flat against the side of the larg's muzzle and pushing Larry's head to the side playfully, as he added, "And Larry DEFINITELY likes pizza..."

  Shadow laughed  as  he watched them Play.

  well....... I promised Larry a couple steaks  for  what he was goign to go through..i guess he's too full now...

 Roll slid the card  through the  channel and the door hissed opened..  Roll was excited  and  he   turned, putting the card in the rack.. Larry ran out  into the hangar   dec  , all the other largs began to  bounce  around.
