Delith: A new day and Knight

OOC: Keep posting to the old thread for if a reply seems to fit better; but starting this one.

After Dualis' brief chat he walks over to where all the food is located, Know-Man walks with him.  Trinny and Sir Joshua have made their way to the tables and are looking over the spread.  You see a long line of animals, along with some humans, elf's and such like (not many) form in front of Shorty.  Based on the line it could take a while for the greetings to end.

The three of you stand there with your gifts.
Alannon says to you: "I will explain your items later although I suppose Warwick's is somewhat self-explanatory.  Please enjoy yourself and thank you for your service to Arcturus."  Alannon walks off to stand next to Shorty.

The rest of the World Council comes by to thank you as well individually. The each thank you in their own way and ending with some sort of a slight bow. Then they walk off to stand with Shorty.  The only one of the Council who you had not seen before is the large puma, walking he is 4' high at the shoulder.

He speaks in common. "Thank you for your aid in helping Alannon defeat the Destroyer of Worlds minions.  We thought all was lost a few weeks ago.  We were told that help might arrive; but only a small group, perhaps too small.  It appears it was enough after all.  You will always be welcome on Arcturus.  Thank you again."  he bows his head slightly and moves off to stand near Shorty with the other council members.

In reply to Ron, The DM (msg # 1):

Trysk sighs, "Well, I'm famished."

He walks over toward Trinny and Sir Joshua. He bows slightly, "Greetings, Trinny. Greetings, Sir Joshua. I'm not sure we've been formally introduced, but my name is Trysk."

In reply to Trysk (msg # 2):

Trinny smiles at Trysk.  "Enjoy your little adventure?  Perhaps not what you are used to but a little desperation keeps the mind sharp."  she winks.

Sir Joshua gives a slight bow.  "I believe you are correct my good chap.  Trysk, eh, splendid name.  I am, as you know, Sir Joshua.  A pleasure to make your acquaintance."  He gives Trysk the once over.  "If you do not mind me saying old boy, I have not met very many like you.  Only one other in fact and it was not a pleasant affair I do not mind telling you.  Now you have a different air about you, yes, quite.  A bit less .. dark, if you get my meaning Trysk."

In reply to Ron, The DM (msg # 3):

Trysk grins and winks back at Trinny, "Were you watching us? My adventures tend to be on the quieter side and usually in the dark."

Trysk chuckles at Sir Joshua's joke, "Yes, I imagine so. The last drow I met just tried to kill me...several times."

Trinny replies to Trysk "Of course we were watching.  Not that we could help, see how you all were doing and what the enemy was like."

"Touch and go, all throughout the fight, but I'm glad the right side won and that we were able to save this world," replies Warwick bowing back.

In reply to Ron, The DM (msg # 5):

Warwick cocks his head.  "Why couldn't ye help lass?  Some sort of rules to this encounter?  Considering they had the numbers, we surely could've used the assistance."

In reply to Warwick (msg # 7):

Trinny replies back to Warwick "Rules of Engagement, more or less, Dualis could tell you more.  Roughly it would have meant an escalation in hostilities and Set would have responded in kind, if not to a greater extent.  The ensuing battle could have destroyed the world we were trying to save.  So it was best we just watch." she shrugs "Otherwise I would have loved to help you boys out." she smiles

In reply to Warwick (msg # 10):

"When you were able to destroy the clerics rod, that was a big boost." remarks Trinny "It provided him with significant powers; therefore reducing what he would bring to more of a support role."
