Re: Some R&R, Rest & Resurrection

In reply to Warwick (msg # 894):

OOC: That was my bad, I did not indicate that Trinny was talking, more of an unintentional implied.

Trinny answers some of your questions:

"Yes, Ez'ard they would be undead and you would not have known them as they are roughly 600 years old. As far as reputation, it is mixed, some good some bad. Dualis believes they were opportunists, what ever the biggest score or who paid the most."

As the discussion goes further she will provide...
"New Horizons will be effective against any undead and you are correct Warwick it would be good to have something for a hoard of undead.  As Zelegar and Roghan did have a retinue of followers it is very reasonable to assume they have some lesser undead for the same if not the actual same retinue." looks over at Trysk "We do not have a great deal on the pair as they were very secretive; however we do know that Zelegar was a mage and so is most likely a lich now while Roghan was an excellent warrior and so perhaps a Death Knight or a Skeletal Warrior are the two most likely versions." she pauses "Dualis would like to apologize for the limited information this time, he has been working on special projects which limited his time for other things."

Re: Some R&R, Rest & Resurrection

In reply to Warwick (msg # 884):

Shorty shrugs as numbers are not his strong point yet.  Letters are hard enough.  “New Horizon “bees sword of life.  Hate all dead tings.  Make all go boom.

Shorty listens to Trinny and shakes his head.  "Bone Man gonna hab much magic.  No stay dead ifn no find bottle.  No bery muches fun."

In reply to Ron, The DM (msg # 895):

Trysk asks Trinny, "Could we borrow a couple of golems or constructs? They're not affected by undead and would be better than summoning monsters."

In reply to Trysk (msg # 897):

Shorty raises an eyebrow at Trysk’s request.  “No always gonna hab udders ta fights usn battles.  Needs ta try fight no wid help.”

Since there does not seem to be any additional information available, Shorty looks heads for wherever he is supposed to sleep.  He glances at Ez’ard.  Needs youse help in morning while Ranger Lady tells me no bery smart me is.  Needs youse buy tings fer me in City.

Re: Some R&R, Rest & Resurrection

In reply to Shorty (msg # 899):

Trysk grins, "Don't ask, don't get. I guess I'll be relying more on spells than stealth this mission."

OOC - Since Invisibility is an illusion, is it basically useless against undead?

At this Dualis walks in exclaiming "Eureka! I have found it." he looks around  "Any questions on your next mission?"

Re: Some R&R, Rest & Resurrection

In reply to Warwick (msg # 904):

"No." replies Dualis to Warwick "However, I shall let you borrow this." Dualis pulls out a wand from his robes. "This is a Wand of Illumination, it belonged to an old friend and has some sentimental value so not a scratch and I expect it back.  The command word is 'shine' and has plenty of charges."

Dualis looks straight faced at Ez'ard after his comment "Always a pleasure to have you around Ez'ard.  The IT may interest you given your stature as well as Morteft given his, shall we say, 'spit into the wind' demeanor."
