Trysk's short sword becomes shrouded in flame and then from his palm a small torch like flame comes out and starts burning the webbing.  Due to its thickness it takes a few minutes to brun away a good passage to go thru.

OOC:  Did anyone check the pillar room for secret doors like Shorty asked?  Sorry been pout with my lovely wife all day.  Did all of the webbing in the passage burn?  Shorty is not too keen on walking under remaining webbing.  Also, how far ahead does NH think the undead is?

The undead is about 40' ahead, around the corner.  The only web left clings to the walls.  Ez'ard sees nothing special thru the specs.

He uses his staff to summon another earth elemental and sends it forward ahead of the group.

The staff only allows 1 of each type elemental per day, fire and earth already have been used, air and water are ok.

Specs reveal nothing special to the NE.

The team assembles with Warwick and Warwick in flight mode, an air elemental forms in front of Shorty and then a slow procession forward.  After about 10' Trysk's helm begins to glow and then soon after NH says, "Undead gone, wait, behind us!"

Morteft feels something large land on his back and then pain, he screams.  The rest turn and see a giant spider, metallic blue-black in color on top of Morteft.

Morteft takes 10 points and save vs poison.

Morteft assumes shadow form and lets the spider drop to the floor.

Warwick flies above the others and drops quickly, using his momentum to attack the spider with both his weapons, flaming.

Warwick flies in and attacks the beast.  He is only able to hit with his first strike and the flame of his blade seems to be ineffective.
