The town is bustling with activity, dragon riders taking off and landing, filling the air with traffic as much as the ground. Shardon is here with Hoal, having met the guy on the path to town. Far as Hoal knows, Shardon's a cheerful, charismatic halfling who looks like a human child at first glance. Granted, he's dressed for adventuring, sporting the look of red and black colors for his leather armor, with a red cape flowing behind him.

Upon reaching town, Shardon had payed the entry toll for both himself and Hoal as a gesture of friendship. Shardon whistles in a low tone. "Wow... place sure is busy." is the first thing he says as he looks up and around.
