Treasure List

Hey all,

I am updating treasure data, based on the last couple of encounters.  Since we will be starting in Borderton, after your training (for 2 levels), all of your liquid monies (coin) have been spent.  Based on my game approach, it would take 1800 gp each to advance from 4th to 6th level.  I have taken reward money, your status as adventurers and town heroes, and coin recovered from the dungeon into account, and here is the remainder of your loot.

Countdown

We are counting down to the latest HoltCon...only a week and a half left for this gig.  Please send out updated character sheets--Scott and Jas have already run theirs past me, and they look to be pretty reasonable.

Also, and importantly, I'll need to know what you want to focus on for our adventures.  I'll post some alternatives and revisit the background, so look for stuff in the next few days.

That said, my mom is coming to town tomorrow, and I'll be doing the dutiful son thing in Sea-town.  Look for more when I can post, but I'll definitely do a flurry of postings prior to my arrival next Friday.

- Outdoors or Underground Environments
- Dark (preferably, polar night dark dark)
- Cold (but with limited snow and/or rain..)
- Lot's of Enemies comprised of Humans, orcs, goblins and monsters of the Giant type
- No fancy pants parades or other events requiring any sort of tact or diplomacy

Scott,

That is a beautiful character sheet!

The idea of Tot getting that many attacks with the spiked chain is awe inspiring... but the reality of Tot lacking proficency and sshhebonging himself in the head would be even more fun to watch. It would be even more comical if he were capable of hitting himself with it 3 or 4 times each round as you suggest-- sadly that too is fiction.

As much as I would enjoy shredding the vision with some rules, I will leave the honor to Brett and Kev.

Scott,

Under class features: as a fighter you are also proficient in all heavy armors...you just lose some barbarian abilities if you use them.

Tragically my friend, Jason, is on call that weekend and can't leave town. Which means I have to consider taking Diplomacy, something I wanted to avoid....this would mean more if I preceeded this by letting you know he intended to play a bard.

The idea of Tot getting that many attacks with the spiked chain is awe inspiring... but the reality of Tot lacking proficency and sshhebonging himself in the head would be even more fun to watch. It would be even more comical if he were capable of hitting himself with it 3 or 4 times each round as you suggest-- sadly that too is fiction.

As much as I would enjoy shredding the vision with some rules, I will leave the honor to Brett and Kev.

We could always mount Vil's head onto one of Tot's shoulder spikes.  That should probably provide some sort of Diplomacy modifier..

That makes more sense. I thought you were planning on using the spiked chain with TWF, which Tot lacks the exotic weapon proficency to use.

Regarding the 4 hits per round, I thought it was 3 (base attack being +6/+1 including TWF = total BAB of +6/+4/-1 or +4/+4/+1). Asher does not have TWF so I may not be understanding the calculation correctly.

Sharp eye ancient one - I stand corrected.  Since he has two weapon fighting and these are considered light weapons I adjusted as such:
