Don't you hate when you eat most of your pop corn during the previews? I totally hate that.

Speaking of movies.

I'm traveling this week and I'm thinking of catching a moving. Red Tails looks interesting to me and I am thinking about Phantom Menance in 3D too (I know what you're thinking but it is still George Lucas and IN 3D). Any thoughts in those? Other suggestions?

Re:OOC

In reply to Max Jackson (msg #768):

I don't think so. We all just took our first actions of this particular turn. Once seeker is able to do an update we'll go again - and continue until all characters are out of action. Kirby has 4 remaining after that shot.

Re:OOC

So, I have spent the day, not all of it, but a good part of it, updating the map and putting tokens on it so people can see where they are in the map.  Remember to tell me when you move to a spot, to tell me which direction you are facing.
Turning around cost movement.

One thing for everyone to realize, is that when we were younger we could devote hours and nights to getting together to role play, and as we've gotten older our time is given to other things.  It would actually be damn near impossible for us to make a weekly gaming commitment, but this game allows us 10-30min when we can to check in an play.  So be a little patient when the tough time crunches come up.  I know the show slows down from time to time, but it will always pick up.  I have tons of story to tell. And I know you are patient...

Re:OOC

get it on then...

TIP-
Powers can be used when defending, parrying and evading, your powers can also help a friend in need when defending.  But you have to declare it as soon as you see it and have an action remaining in the round. You can use a hero point to step in to help if need be.  Lets say Kirby rolls crap to dodge the bullets, Tsunami could intercede diving in to help kirby evade, something like that.

Re:OOC

Kirby moved to AK14, was he pulled from there somehow? The map shows him elsewhere.

I plan to parry but won't be able post until this evening.

Re:OOC

In reply to Edmund Kirby Smith IV (msg #775):

No he wasn't pulled, it was probably my bad eyes placing you there. I thought I had put you at AK14, sorry. There action would still have been the same, trying to turn you into swiss cheese. The parry will be two parrys, one for each person. 2CAs

Ok. Can't post for another 6 hours or so but I did just roll 2 parrys. Both normal successes. Kirby has 2 CAs remaining.

Re:OOC

OOC-perception is at -10% because of the energy field, so anyone trying to see in the field or out is at -10% and the night time field of play incurs a-20% to perception. total 30%

Re:OOC

Two things, well first good question-

1. You psionically still use your eyes as a visual tool, opening up the energy and light spectrum of what you can persieve.  If I stabbed your eyes out this power would be gone.

2. You are looking at energy through an energy wall? Energies are still discerned through the spectrum of light as well, the wall that you are looking through shields all forms of energy, on the other side you would be blind, like looking through tinted glass from your side.
