Re: Psionic Powers
I have no issue with mutliple 'psi effects' in one Psionic Power, if they make sense. I'd say all of these could be combined into 1 power (unless hero already has 8+ powers).
Psi-Slip - Can't be targetted or sensed by any mental power (except TK). Character has no mental 'signature', no detectable brainwave patterns, etc. Can't be affected by Emotion Control or other ranged mental attacks. For any mental attacks which GM rules might affect character, acts as Height Willpower A Defense - always on.
Misfire - Any mental attacks/effects targetting character can be redirected by character to hit another reasonable target, using same max range as attacker. Target can be attacker. Attacker is not aware of new target until an obvious effect (ie TK target moves, Emotion Control reacts, Mind Control target affected, etc). Character senses attack and redirects intentionally. Can also choose to be target.
Feedback - Any mental attack on character causes attacker to take 2d6 damage. Character pays no PR cost, always on. (Other options: can cause 2d10 INT drain, paralysis attack, blindness/loss of a sense/mute, one power stops working for 1d20 minutes/hours, lower move rate x.25, Illusions for 1d10 rounds, etc.)
I also think Rogue's 'Power-Drain', with accompanying memory transfer, could be a Psi power, even though in V&V it could also be 'Absorption'.
