New Characters start with a Bank of 3,200,000 C-Bills and 25 Experience Points

LAM Pilots need a base Gunnery 5 and Pilot 5, for Mech and Aero.
Parts for a LAM are at +1 penalty modifier

Wasp-1EW need a Mental stat of 4, X-Tech and Tinker will count as a +1 for this calculation.
Parts for the Wasp are at +2 penalty modiifier

Mercenaries get paid in 'real time'.  For every 'month' (real time) that passes, characters earn a 'base' salary.
{Mechwarriors ~ Pay modifier x 2,000}
{Conventional ~ Pay modifier x  200}
{Infantry     ~ Pay modifer  x   20}


Mercenaries also get paid a 'combat bonus' for completing a mission which will vary based on the difficulty and success of mission.

Base pay modifier...

Pay Modifier = Accuracy + Physical + Mental + Mech Class + Noble + Rank
Combat Pay = Experience + Enemy Commander Leadership (x2)

Nate's Pay Modifier is calcuated as follows.

4 = Ranged ability score
3 = Physical abilty score
2 = Rank (0 for MW, 1 for NCO, 2 for LT. 3 for Captain)
0 = Nobility Level
2 = Mech Class (1 for Light or 2 for Medium)

11 is Nate's Pay Modifier.

Campaign not in uses...

The year is 3025.  The Clans have not come (they may NEVER come).  Their technology is not available.  Even Innersphere Advance Technology does not exist (except in limited prototype testing).  No elementals, no endo steel, no ferro fib, no double strength heatsinks, no pulse weapons, ER weapons streaks, or other advance technologies.


Aerotechs are not in use (too specialized and too short lived)

Battletechs need to be date appropiate, and 'available'.  Some mechs are limited run and not available.

Conventional units with Fusion engines are all limited, and subject to approval.  (Fusion engines in a vehicle made no sense to me.  If tech is as hard to come by as it's suppose to be, they're not going to be wasting them in a vehicle, they're going to be putting them in mechs.)

Infantry anything not in MW 3rd edition is not in use.  I'm having enough trouble converting the stuff in MW3, i dont need extra work.
