I definitively love the sand-box, episodic adventure mechanics of SWN. I've monkeyed around with them a ton but never run it before. I've been working on a sector and adventure seeds for a SWN/Codex of Black Sun (dash of Godbound) game of SWN just for fun.

But realized I'd like to actually try out all the mechanics available for the game.

I was envisioning a ship crew with a part-time patron/investor. The characters would have quite a bit of free rein with minor obligations here and there. If folks want to go free-trading, there is some great adventure seeds in Suns of Gold and the space trucker mechanics.

The setting having a bit more integration with dark magics, Shadows, and Things From Beyond. Obviously, it would be the players game so any direction is fine.

Basically, I love all the tools and would like to see them integrated and used for a campaign. Both to familiarize myself and so that we can all have a smashing good time!

Interested but unsure I can make room for another game at this time. For folks checking out this game pitch who do not know Kilgs, I played in a multi-year Traveller game that they ran and it was brilliant. Kilgs is in it for the long haul and knows how to craft compelling stories around the characters you create. There are few (if any) GMs here on RPOL I could recommend more highly.

I'm always up for SWN. Count me in.
