IC: Marvel/DC in Greyhawk
Way back in the day, someone tried to run a game (twice) where the players played established Marvel and DC characters who were suddenly transported into a D&D setting. It was run using D&D 3.5 and each character was custom converted into 3.5 rules by the GM and the player. I was wondering if there'd be interest in trying it again using 5e rules? Again, I'm not talking about building up these characters via classes but building them from the ground up based on their established abilities balanced against 5e rules. So, no cosmic level heroes, no Superman. Spiderman would be the upper level of power I'd be thinking (and not the most powerful non-cosmic version either).

So, is there interest for doing something like this again? It was a lot of fun while it lasted back then.

Definitely interested.

Many of the "big names" have had lower powered or de-powered versions in their history, too, that might be of use!

No promises it'll actually get off the ground, but this was enough interest for me to set it up. I'll be posting an ad in player's wanted shortly. The game title is 'Marvelous Heroes of the Realm'.
