Debating running a couple of games

As it says on the (cyber) tin, I'm thinking of running one of a couple of games and seeing where interest lies.

Option 1: Shadowrun 6th edition.  probably a fairly standard game, though I might use Detroit as the setting, since all the cool corps are picking over the wreckage.  I've heard mixed things about the rules update, and want to see how it actually plays out.

Option 2: Wrath & Glory, and Aeldari game, possibly using some handwaving and better-balanced home-brewed material for a harlequin troupe.  Why?  Because I'm a space-elf fangirl, and not (overly) ashamed to admit it.

I know generally, both systems can usually get a fair share of players, so at least give me an idea of whether something particular makes you like one idea or the other.

Would have said yes to SR5.  Not 6.

I'd be interested in the harlequin game because, well, the harlequins are fascinating really, and don't get enough play/focus in the setting as I'd like.

I'd have to imagine it would be a decently high tierish thing though given that all the harlequins are supposed to be all rockstar badasses of varying flavours?

Shadow run games are usually pretty popular and fill up quickly.  As to how long they last...that's a whole 'nother story.

I've always wanted to check out Shadowrun. I'm curious what's wrong with 6th edition, but I'll do a search on that later. I'd be down to play if you're willing to take on a newbie.

I would love to play Shadowrun.  Don't care about the edition really although I have not read 6th I can adjust easily.  If it is a party of all mages it is so much funnier.

I actually haven't heard of the other system you mentioned at all.

Would enjoy playing 6th. Detroit is a good setting.
