I'd like to know if there is interest in an Urban Arcana game.
Basically, a 3.5e Dungeons and Dragons game set on Earth.
If there is interest, I'll generate an adventure.

If I can find where I stashed my books, I'd be interested.

Edit: Found them

I'm interested but sadly I KNOW where I've stashed my books and they're over a hundred miles away.

I believe it can be found online, too. I'd be interested.

If it was in PF1 Modern Path, I would be interested.

There is not that much difference really. Actually, I think Urban Arcana has a few more options even.

There are plenty of system differences, the Skills and Combat Maneuvers alone are vast improvements over 3.5....and UA is 3.0.

Urban Arcana is based on 3.5, not 3.0, but there are a handful of differences between 3.5 and d20 Modern regardless. The MSRD can be found online, and it's serviceable for play, if not ideal.

Edit: More specifically, d20 Modern was rolled out before 3.5, but the ruleset advertised rules designed for the "new version of Dungeons and Dragons" that were released a bit later.

That could be really cool, especially with the PF1 ruleset, although the UA one's serviceable.
