This would be a one-shot playtest of the new Doctors & Daleks game. The mechanics are based on D&D 5E but set in the Doctor Who universe.

The point is to kick the tires, see how the game runs, and see how well it models Doctor Who. If it works well enough and people are onboard, we might continue beyond the one shot.

Players will create new characters. No modeling companions from the franchise or the Doctor. The PCs will have access to a TARDIS and the game will feature adventures in time and space.

You don’t need to have the book, but knowing a bit about Doctor Who would be helpful.

It might be because there's already a Doctor Who RPG (Adventures in Time and Space) and anyone interested in the series will already be playing that, I'm guessing.
