[IC] Amber(Netbook of) - The Keep of the Thirteenth Hour

After the demise of my AiRP (On Myriad Roads) campaign which is set 5 years after the events of the Keep of the Thirteenth Hour Campaign, where the repair of the Pattern Fails, I did suggest I may come back and run the original campaign, to which On Myriad Roads is the Sequel.

Whilst this also an 'Intro to Amber' campaign, and again has a start where the player's have neither Pattern nor Logrus powers, it is nominally a higher level start, and the Characters will be in the middle of a war right at the very start, if fact the whole start is predicated on what is considered a 'Ragnarock' scenario for the character and their death is imminent.
Unlike with the AiRP scenario there is far more freedom in terms of where you come from and what your knowledge of Amber and/or the Courts may be (but a lot of that depends on whom you Amberite Parent is).

Now I already have one potential player, but do I have 4 or 5 others interested?

You'll need to read the Players Intro on the Keep of the Thirteenth Hour Tab.

I do have a pre-gen character available to play. She is Dierdre's daughter. If no one opts to play her she will be in-game as an NPC as she has a critical role in the events as they unfold.
If you played in the On Myriad Roads campaign Cordelia is present (only 5.5 years Amber time, about 40 years Earth Time, younger) so you get to find out what transpired during the war and how it ends up affecting her. And in this scenario she is as much in the dark about what is going on as the players are.

So I have to assume that either
a) There is no interest in Amber at all, or
b) There is no interest because nobody wants to play a basic starting character with out Pattern

I have the vague concept of possibly altering the start such that character are 'newish' fresh out of 'basic training' and are in Amber as the initial assault unfolds.
I still have to work out details but I'm not going to bother if there is no interest at all, or if I have less than 4 players.

Players would initially be able to start with Pattern Imprint(Amber), Mind Walk the Summoned Sign, and Shadow Walk. You'd also be able to get the basic Trump tricks of 'Self Identification' and 'Trump Portal' (non-Trump artists would still have to pay the point for these).
If you wanted to instead start with Logrus, then you'd have to sacrifice starting with Pattern and have a 'later' in-game start because that option doesn't become available until the same point it would in the original start (10 Amber days/15 Earth days).

I still need to work out a lot of details, such as your 'original' arrival in Amber about 30 Amber Days ago, but if I don't have the interest then I'm not going to bother to pursue this.. I have another game I'm setting up to run with my F-T-F group.
