I am hoping to make the game flow fairly well, and will be trying to post several times a week. Ideally, I want players who can post 3 - 4 times a week minimum, and more if possible. I want good posters. Posting rules:

1 - NO one word, or single sentence posting. I want a paragraph at the very least, and preferably with both a description of actions and dialogue, where appropriate. Internal thoughts as well would be ideal.

2 - Posting will be done in THIRD PERSON and PAST TENSE. That is "She stepped forward," instead of "I stand forward."  "He looked surprised." and not "He looks surprised."

3 - Please highlight your dialogue. I don't mind what colour you use, though a different shade for each character would help.

4 - Please punctuate properly. I don't mind if you make mistakes here and there, but if you appear to be sloppy or just too lazy to punctuate, I'll ask you to buck your ideas up. I've played in games where players thought that to represent speech ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS TYPE IN COLOURED CAPITALS and they could ignore all punctuation, including things like fullstops exclamation or question marks, and inverted commas. I'm not a total puctuation monster, but I expect you to make an effort. If you genuinely do not know how to punctuate, I will tell you what you need to do. But if I do tell you how to correct something that is done out of genuine ignorance, I expect you to do it and not ignore the advice.

5 - Be civil. Specifically, be civil in OOC remarks. IC, I expect the PCs to be unpleasant to one another from time to time, but acting like that to someone OOC is not on. If you have an issue with the behaviour of another player, please approach me and I will try to resolve the situation amicably. Don't just lay into the player in the OOC thread.

6 - This is a GENERAL rated game. Obscene language, extreme violence or sexual roleplay will not be tolerated. RPOL rules will require that a player who breaks such restrictions be reported to RPOL, and they will penalise you for it, possibly even revoking your account. Rest assured, I will report you. This is your first, and only, warning.

7 - Despite all these rather harsh rules, I am remarkably laid back, and want to ensure you have a huge amount of fun playing in this game. I'm also very approachable, and if you have ideas you want to share with me, please send me a PM, or post to the OOC thread. I'd prefer it if you brought problems to me privately so that other players are not disturbed, but fun suggestions in the OOC thread are very welcome. If there's something the players really want to see in the game, I will take it on board and try to bring it in somewhere down the line when the action seems most appropriate. There's a long plotline for this game, but it is incredibly flexible, and the game is going to be very much character driven as opposed to me railroading you down the plot without room for you to shoot off and do other things. So talk to me about fun things, and I shall do everything I can to accommodate you! *:-D
