For a "Hail Mary" like this a success is good for a little information. She doesn't know anyone who would have "deep" knowledge of the club. She does know a certain barrister named David "Smitty" Smythe who might have visited there once or twice. Post what you want her to ask specifically; you can narrate as you like. I will be happy to narrate the call but I'm not going to get into a detailed exchange, if you know what I mean.

I thought you were going for speed and didn't care about damage. If you want to have her actually try and pick them, make a roll. If you succeed, get a check. If not, Cynthia just pops the locks. Shouldn't take too much time!

Oh no, I'm just being an opportunist :) I do think Cynthia will brush up on that skill at some point, since it seems to be frequently wanting.

Huh, for some reason I missed this. I try to work it myself, no harm in asking! I don't think a check is appropriate under the circumstances. Locksmith/Lockpick is certainly an underrated skill!
