Evil magic tyrant?  Robotnic!  Turns folks into warforged!  He's self-forged artificer.  A nobleman betrayed.  Doesn't trust free will & hates nature.  Lawful evil.  His wife was big into nature.  She fell for jerk elf guy also big into nature (kinda).  Order 86.  PCs meet him before counter betrayal.
-Wrask asks for help with race war.  Needs help with politically sticky situations.  Race leader holed up like in homicide?  Who then rants about the PCs being used?  Grall = Gee?  Mahone snake who uses drugs to manipulate people.  Dune plot: Dukes jostling for control of valuable real estate, but it's a dangerous place.  Powerful guilds.  Mathematic guild/cult guards secrets.  Misinterpreted prophesy.

-Robots are easy to outsmart, robians not so much.  They're fiercely loyal due to brainwashing.  Cyborg dragon, Ra!  Geth cyber zombies.

General Justice.  Swat bot = toby.  Sgt?  Attached repeating xbows.  Flame thrower.  Police batons.

-Eyes on the street.

-Free for all at wilderness border between 2 nations.  Merv gets word from birdie.  Spirits tell Nick of trouble.  Link perception check.

-Local cultural quirks like clapping a greeting.

-Someone carrying a sack of rocks: "It's mine I tell you!"  Several groups fight each other over the rocks.  rich gold ore.  More keep arriving till toby rescues.

-Then the big confrontation.  Someone (shifter>) fell into sink hole but both sides are more concerned about theft.

-Merv has berserker issues.  Moon affects him.

-Some time later the sink hole floods.

-Darthic leads dwarf defense.

-Zelda the daughter of robotnic

-Younger 1/2 bro (richard?) claims the throne.

-The big drug is "harmless" black wine?  Opium.
