1700 2nd BM. Several small hard ones over 20 minutes. Cause spray of blood. Clots up fine. Nothing unusual considering.
1900 go to break 30 minutes late feeling very hungry, a little light headed, and other standard symptoms for hypoglycemia. Return from eating wrap at break feeling improved.
1730 begin another productive phone call but voice is rough like i've caught a cold. By the end of the 30 minute call I'm experiencing light headedness, slight dizziness, shakiness, fatigue, flushed, weakened muscles and a feeling like being on the verge of tears even though I wasn't feeling emotionally distressed in any way. After some deep breathing, return to work.
1820 difficulty walking to bathroom. Tell super I'm not safe to drive. By the time I'm on the phone asking for a pickup, having difficulty talking. Occasional bouts of sudden shakes.
1900 feeling almost completely fine. By the time I get home, feeling fantastic outside rubbery legs. Have small portion of mac and cheese with large glass of water.
2300 feeling effects of caffine wearing off.
