The receiver is reversible and is on the top if the weapon is in the rifle or carbine configuration.

I think the plan is to sail right up to the mouth of the Quillayute River and anchor offshore. Then disembark and land somewhere on the beach near the former townsite or on James Island itself.

Gianna sings that all the time! She learned it during the massive forest fires last summer, when we went camping on a lake here in BC and we couldn't see the other side. Never seen it that bad before!

Correct. James Island and La Push. Any closer and you start pushing your luck by getting into direct line of sight of the island and anyone who might be on it.
