Re: OOC part 2: the revenge...
I could do something like that. I would need some time before I could restart it. We would also lose a bunch of the spaghetti plot threads spread about, but I could tie in some of that with the narration. So yeah if you guys are still interested in a couple weeks I could start this thing back up. It would not be anywhere as sandboxy though.

Re: OOC part 2: the revenge...
OK everyone please level up your characters to 8. I just have a few more things to handle with the summary and then we can proceed to end game. End game is much more linear and straight forward with a lot less to manage.

Re: OOC part 2: the revenge...
So I started trying to semi play this race out, but that's kinda silly so I'm just going to kinda wavy line it and put you at the end of the race. I'll post some bullet points of it just so you have a general sense of what happened. The real question is do you want to try and see if you can make it through the final day scenario or just fast forward, with a few bullet points for story ends, to the final fight?

Re: OOC part 2: the revenge...
actually I'll even gloss over most of the race itself. because it was just an event after all.  The real fun was supposed to start after the race.

Re: OOC part 2: the revenge...

I'm confused. I thought that we were waiting for a thread called "End Game" before posting IC? If not, then I'll post IC in the current thread soon.

Yeah, I was just lazy and didn't lock the thread. So feel free to post a reaction in there if you want. But play will start in end game. The question is do you want to jump to final fight or do the whole final day thing?

Re: OOC part 2: the revenge...
OK so I think I'll just skip us to the final fight. I will get a post up soon that will detail the various happenings in the city.

Re: OOC part 2: the revenge...
Sorry about the wait. I'm a terrible online DM. That said there is the condensed version of what happened.

oh and if there were other threads you wanted to chase down let me know and I'll add them to the summary before the part where you guys rushed off to the graveyard of swords.

Re: OOC part 2: the revenge...
Oh and I know I cutscened you guys really hard there at the end. I normally don't try to abuse the common tropes as much as I did with the "evil bad guys explains his scheme to you as he enacts it" but this is the end and it easier to explain it all now so I did.

Re: OOC part 2: the revenge...

So it turns out that I didn't up Safia's HP on the last leveling up, so she actually has a current HP total of 27 and isn't out of the fight yet.

Anyone have any ideas on how best to annihilate this creature?

I can't either. Not even blindfighting. I rolled a perception. It's all I got.
