If we're doing this in OOC, then... we probably should make a tally or something for ourselves to make it easier.

This is gonna be in character, right? So should we have a score where you "lose" when you "drink" enough to exceed your Stamina+Composure (plus bonuses from Merits or splat bonuses or whatever?)?
