Gratz on the new assignment! I was never there, but heard the same thing; you go island happy after a while and start dreaming of dreary old Ft WeGotCha or Ft Hood, Lewis, Benning, etc.

I've been out a long time. After Desert Storm, I decided I had had enough fun and it was time to raise my family. Sorry for my slow posts, the job has me busy and we're locked out of everything on the net. They say it's because of misuse, I say punish the geeks streaming Japanese porno and leave the rest of us alone!

Duvall, only three of the lizard men ran away, so I'd urge you to wade in a smack around the ones that are remaining.

Reflecting on all the games I am in right now, not many, but some, and I just gotta say... I love you guys. This game rocks.

I'll fix that post, sorry, been so busy that now that I have a slow day or two around the house, I have a huge "honeydo" backlog and taxes to tackle!

Yeah, I have to agree. This game has grown into one of my very favorites on RPOL. We have a great group and it's been a blast.

Hey, I'm probably out of contact for the next week. Please NPC Eagle through the rest of the combat - he will wave his scimitar at lizard's until the group wins, the group flees, or someone (himself possibly) get's seriously injured ( ie <8-10 hit points) at which point he will attempt to disengage and cast cure light wounds if Duvall isn't in a position to do so!

Although if anyone wants to yell good/better advice, Eagle is always very reasonable and open to decent suggestions!

Been laid out the past few days fighting a nasty stomach bug. I think I am on the mend now and will try to update later tonight. Thanks.

I'll be out of town this weekend. Probably off-line between Friday night and Monday morning.

Me, too, though my schedule is changing at work soon (while the job lasts) and I should be a little more regular on my posting.

I'm headed to a conference tomorrow and will be out of town through Tuesday. I should have internet access where I'm staying, so I will be able to check in from time to time, but I may be a bit sporadic on posting.

Sigh, bad news from me as well, I'll be here every day, probably checking the sight multiple times, and posting whenever I see something to respond to.

I took Eagle's Round 4 action. We are now in Round 5.

Checked twice, no flamestrike, guess it's hammertime for Duvall.

Sorry, I'm missing something here. From the game thread it looks like you posted for us to take round 5 actions last Thursday (28 Feb), and on Sunday (3 March) you rolled Eagle's attack in round 5 - from what I can tell we should be waiting for round six now?

In any case it doesn't matter, as I'm more than happy to have another free hit at the lizardmen in round five, so I took the liberty of rolling the attack roll - no surprises I rolled a 10, which I'm pretty sure is a miss! (Although please note this roll only pertains to round 5, and I reserve my right to roll again for round 6!)

Re: Natural healing. Not sure how long it takes BTB to heal up, but I also remember it being quite a lengthy process. Thankfully, you guys have several characters who have healing spells at their disposal, in addition to Action Points, if needed.
