Oh, that doctor. The question didn't really make sense because he's not in charge and for that matter, he's not getting worked up. He does maybe think all this is foolish but he's being cooperative. If Jack is looking for a fight he's not going to give it to you!

Nah, I was more trying to broaden the scope of the comments really. Jack's not the confrontational sort in my mind, it was more a dig at his former stance. The good doctor seems to have calmed down a lot

Sure, he's not an idiot and he realises he made a mistake. Baiting him about this might be difficult as he's calmed down and basically put it behind him, but it could be possible (for RP value if nothing else!).

Sorry for the silence guys.  Not a good roll although I may get a little help with it.

Ken would have absolutely tied the guy up enough that he wouldn't easily break the bonds although with time with that roll he probably will get lose.

This is the time to post attacks and attack rolls. Your targets are at medium range, wearing no armour. If you have a copy of the rules this should be enough to calculate your to-hit number. ROF is one aimed attack per turn, and you can move and fire, or two attacks using suppression/panic fire (but the latter is a mag-dump).
