Usurpation
Mystic Tail(Tier4):
At the beginning of every combat, you cast the Armament spell twice.  You may duplicate an already equipped weapon as a result of this ability.  You may not duplicate an equipped weapon more than once.  The weapon created from this ability is treated as having a qualify modifier (as if crafted) of Strong (+18).
(Clarification: you do not gain additional attacks if you duplicate a weapon - however, the bonuses do stack.  This casts the spell as if your leaders were there and casting it - thus each "Casting" affects just one Unit.
Windriders (Tier 4):
Mounted Units gain an additional +10 to Offense, Defense and Damage, even if not attacking.  The benefit of Units having Horses changes to: Set Speed to VF/4)
Third-Eye (Tier4):  All of your Units become capable of learning combat spells (from the first seven on the spell list, and Mind Leech).  All of your Units.  The Numerical benefits of spells cast by your Usurpation, which increase stats are increased by +1.
(Applies to Spells 1-6, though "Ward" still maxes at Armor (Type 3).  Mind Leech's chance of success improves by +5%.)
Lightless Growth.  At the end of each month, total all Forager skill ranks.  Divide by 3. This is the number of HQ foodstuffs you produce.  (Just like with Cornucopia, these Foodstuffs can be consumed for upkeep immediately.

Herman and Pernulent have enough skills between them, not surprising since Pernulent has 12 all by himself, to complete the Steel and Magic Quest. I am very much looking forward to find out what the reward for this one will be. Although not needed in sequence, the finding a lv4 and facing it down, seems to be a pretty hard.
