"Oh wow. Thank you miss Rarity. Generosity surely is your element." Honey said with a smile as he turned toward the door where he then stopped as if frozen in place and with a "Wow" he found himself staring at Gusty as somekind of fool. He quickly tried to hide his blushing face with a wing (Not very subtly) and turned around again and for some reason couldn't stop giggling like a little foal, still hiding under his own wing.

"I did look," she answers, just a little bit gruffly to hide her uncomfortableness. "They're wonderful. I... just need somethin' to wear for when nothing at all is considered too little? I'm new in town, I dunno what sort of occasions this town has."

The Doctor, meanwhile, hemmed and hawed over the hats, eventually deciding quietly that "Top hats are rubbish" and "Bowties are a bit much" and "If only this came in a size mine."

He discreetly kept an eye on Gusty, glad that she seemed to be getting on well with Rarity. Though it was difficult to find somepony who didn't get on well with Rarity.

Re: Ponyville Business District - The Carousel Boutique

"Ah, I see!" Rarity smiled, "Well, welcome to Ponyville! If you were searching for a friendly, rustic atmosphere, then I must say you have chosen the right place. We don't have many events that absolutely beg for a little something extra, and that is a shame, darling, a shame! You will find that a few accessories are most often appropriate, a beautiful hat, or scarf, or even... a bandana... if you want to go for a farmpony feel."

While all of that was true, it was still imperative that every mare have something nice to wear for an outing. With that in mind, Rarity's fashionista brain got to working on some sort of color coordination she could find between green, white, and the bit of read that had tangled into her mane. Green and red already clashed, which made her frown a bit, but even still the mane was still very lovely, especially in its sheer volume! The inspiration didn't strike her immediately, but this was a subtly offered fashion challenge that she could not turn down!

"Tell you what, my dear," Rarity began, "I will personally work on a beautiful outfit just for you! Maybe not something as extravagant as a dress, but definitely something that is uniquely yours for all the special events you would like to attend! Come back in a few days, and I will have you dazzled!"

With that said, Rarity's eye was drawn over to the Doctor who was having a bit of trouble with the hat selection she had laid out. He did seem to like the fez... Perhaps she could make an adjustment?... A rather large adjustment?

Gusty actually grinned a bit at Rarity's enthusiasm. "Thanks! And, um... maybe a cute newspony hat... I do think they're awful cute." She blushed a little at the admission of finding anything 'cute', but her eyes dared anyone to tease her about it. "So, if ya got one them, I'd like that."

The farmpony raised a brow to Silva as she spoke bout the complication of being a good model. Most of it went right over her head, of course, and as Rarity started fielding the concerns of everypony, Applejack rose and trotted along to have a glance out the window. The square was bustling, it seemed, and Rainbow was going to host her event today. She showed a subtle anxiety as she awaited Rarity's attention. With a glance back toward Silva, she spoke up. "Guess it's kinda like growin' somethin - can't get what it really is 'till ya' put in the work for it?"

Silva glanced back at Applejack.  She gave the thought time to bounce around in her head a moment before she gave it voice.  If nothing else, the time to think and not stare at Rarity made her look a lot less like some fan filly.  When she started speaking, though, she just didn't stop.

"I guess it's like that.  Easier and harder, though.  Easier because I don't think it takes months to make a dress really stand out, but harder because sometimes you feel like an earth pony trying to use magic just trying to get hired, and you really don't know if you've done it right until the crowd starts cheering, or doesn't.  And, Celestia forbid if it ever happened to you before, but there are someponies out there that heckle us.  I'd like to say it happens mostly to me because I'm a griffon, but Canterlot ponies always seem to find something wrong.  You're too fat, you're too thin...sometimes I can see and really get why Photo Finish works behind the camera, rather than in front of it, even though she's still got the model's physique..."

The Doctor sauntered over to where Gusty was chatting with Rarity. "I forgot... what else was on your list?" he asked the former. "The hats are lovely here, but a bit out of my price range."

Re: Ponyville Business District - The Carousel Boutique

"A newspony hat?" Rarity asked, raising an eyebrow significantly. While it would be considered cute, newspony hats were typically costume attire, not usually worn as a serious accessory. However, the costumer was always right, after-all!

Trotting into another room, which she typically used for storage for outfits that didn't sell or were out-of-season, Rarity began to go through her Nightmare Night selection of costumes. The terror-themed holiday had always been a significant sales-boost, and it was one of the things that kept her business afloat when times were tough. Using her magic, she opened a trunk full of mismatched accessories and ideas that didn't quite work out. Ruffling through this selection, she found a rather nice newspony hat, and, to her surprise, a larger fez!

She emerged triumphantly, using her magic to set the larger fez on the Doctor's head and the newspony's hat on Gusty's head. A giggle passed her lips as she made her way back to Gusty.

"There we are! Sometimes I even surprise myself!" Rarity chimed, holding her head up in pride.

"What?" the Doctor asked, feeling magic drop something on his head. He looked up, and a grin split his face. "Oh, brilliant!" he said happily, shaking his head from side to side, causing the fez's tassel to flail about. "Fantastic!"

The princess's magic allowed her to flicker into being in the shadow of the boutique, having quietly eluded the attention of her guards.  Circling about to the front door, Luna provided two light knocks, before opening the door via her telekinesis, and stepping inside.

Silva gasped.

"P-Princess Luna!" she cried, lowering her voice after she realized just how scared she sounded.  She gave a light bow, but rose quickly enough. "Wonderful to see that you're traveling and seeing the people."

"Does everypony important come to Ponyville?" she asked herself, still a little too loud.

"Ah, Luna!" Rarity beamed, giving her a quick bow out of respect before trotting over to her, "I added a few finishing touches to your order, to give it that royal sparkle and shine that it so requires. Were you planning on returning to Canterlot today? If so, I could have them delivered in style! Would you prefer the train, or a more aerial approach?"

Always a mare to fuss over the details, Rarity had already prepared the outfits for transportation, mannequins and all, to keep the dresses properly maintained for the long journey over to Canterlot. Simply bagging them like she would do with any other outfit was much to mundane for clothing made for royalty! Especially for the two most powerful and beautiful mares in all of Equestria!

Re: Ponyville Business District - The Carousel Boutique

As the patrons and friends  gathered in Rarity's shop and home  knelt and faced her upon noticing her, Luna lightly raised her forehoof, then, as Rarity came to meet her, she cantered forward gently.

"I was coming to pick them up, I didn't wish to trouble you with shipping them..." Luna said gently. "Although, if you think it would be best, I shall let you decide how best to send them. I an only traveling with my own carriage and guards. I will of course cover any costs incurred."  Luna smiled affectionately, and nudged Rarity in a slight embrace.

"I thank you for your hospitality during my stay, Miss Rarity. I do hope I haven't..." She paused, and put on a gentle, gracious smile. "Ahem... thank you."

"Well, if your carriage can fit four mannequins and yourself, than you can certainly take them with you!" Rarity nodded, "I do insist sending the dresses with the mannequins, of course. I just couldn't bear the thought of seeing royal garments bagged up or something so pedestrian."

As Luna pressed forward for a light embrace, Rarity returned the slight nuzzle with one of her own, tempted to stoop down and kiss her hooves, much like she had done to Celestia. However, she had to keep sophisticated and have good manners when in the presence of so many costumers and friends. Even after a week of having the Princess around, the mare could still be wrapped up into the allure of royalty rather quickly.

"Oh, Princess Luna, it was no trouble whatsoever! You are a stellar house guest, and I would have you again the next time you are to stay in Ponyville!" Rarity said, "Unless you found somewhere in Ponyville more fitting for royalty, of course."

The princess smiled warmly, and regarded Rarity with a fond smile.  "In that case, I shall allow you to see to their shipping." The regal mare turned to glance over the  boutique. "Of course, as you have time. You seem busy, and rightfully so. I shall certainly stay here when I next visit." She chimed warmly to Rarity, before turning back to the door, moving toward it, though she lingered long enough for parting comments and farewells.

"Excellent! The fastest way would probably be by train.. Wouldn't take more than a day or two! Do make sure your sister doesn't see her dress before you're ready!" Rarity called after her, waving her hoof in the air, "So long for now, Luna!"

She was going to miss the Princess of the Night while she was away. In truth, she was an immaculate house-guest, always polite, never minding if Sweetie Belle had a thousand and one questions or if dinner was as simple as a tossed salad. The two had plenty of time to bond over the past week, and it had been a wonderful experience.

"Now then.. Does anypony else need some help?"

Nope.. she was pretty nervous - Rarity could see the same jitteriness  she'd had back in school, when they had to present to the class.

Enter from Fluttershy's Cottage

After a brief walk Fluttershy found herself at the Carousel Boutique; Home of her friend Rarity and, right now, what seemed to be quite the crowd. She hoped she wasn't bothering some important business, noticing the busy store from outside the window. With a soft knock that probably wasn't heard inside she let herself in, speaking out in her delicate voice. "R-Rarity?" She spoke into the shop as she closed the door behind her, "I'm not bothering anything, am I?" She gave a smile as she entered
