Ok, we are quickly accruing more NPCs than the Nomad ever dreamed of.  I'll start posting them here so we can, hopefully, keep track of them.

Rebekah - Israeli woman formerly member of mossad.  She is also a member of the White Council

Ariel - Belgian office assistant. Former cheerleader, tends to be bubbly and happy.

Horace - non-council wizard who specializes in crafting the items used to combat the supernatural.  Tends to be heavyhanded with the silver

Sergei - Director of Cloud.  The boogeyman's boogeyman.

Rabbi Polluck - little old man, scholarly and talkative, a pillar of faith in his community

Isaac and Esther Levy - Israel's parents

Ruth Levy - Israel's sister

Eliazer - owner of Antill...oops, wrong game.  Iz's friend, trouble maker.

Sol Rosenburg - owner of Sol's Garage.  Passionate about engines, and rarely meets a stranger.

Tola - Sol's wife

Felix part of Interpol's war on drugs

Caroline - part of the local Interpol's anti-terrorism

Michael - Interpol

Seamus Interpol member

Mr. Dream - highest ranking Winter court official in the Glasgow area.  Is blue.

Ledrew D. Spell - Rebekah's grandfather, making Rebekah...what one fourth irish, still Jewish.  LD. is a druid, and high ranking, though there aren't many serious druids left.

Ben - The spirit residing in Israel's laptop.  His personality is forming, based on being around Israel.

Thorn Ufgood - leprechaun and newfound friend of Jacob's

David the Gnome - highly respected by his clan of gnomes.  Current whereabouts unknown, though they owe a significant debt to Israel and Jacob.

Alec - He wants to be a superhero, not just a superzero

Director Bres - average height, athletic build, tightly bound red hair. Irish ethnicity, and the head of operations at the Glasgow Compound.
