Re: Between Two Worlds: Collected Accounts of Andreas Scheuzeri
Leagueheim, some 20 years ago...
John Scheuzeri was about to finish his last commission, an electrical transformer for a rich artisan's home. He was in the process of screwing the last magnetic plates when a shadow moving behind him caught his attention. With a swift move, he turned, holding his screwdriver as menancingly as he could, only to see his terrified son, draped in a street cape.
"Oh, Andreas, you scared m..." Just then, he realized what was happening. "You have been at the mass again???" His question was nothing but an affirmation. "Didn't I tell you once in a week is enough? How about your homework?"
The small boy regained his composure before answering his father, "I did it before going to the mass! You can ask mom if you want to!"
John was about to tell his boy something, then seemed to change his mind, as if he was tired of always having the same argument. "Okay, I trust you. Now go take off that cape. I want to show you some things about electricity."
"Thanks, father." The small boy dropped his street overall and went with his father.
