And yes,.. Shadow you can see the enemy sniper*. Its still a long range shot though.

If you want to edit/update your post thats good.

* : Amid Sony's four 1s tonight the enemy sniper also got 1 = fumble. Which makes my luck for tonight el crappy.

Re: OOC
Yup let them come I figure with unknown locations of some targets they will need to get into the building and have to send a few units at ground level, my guess three PA with support is likely. Once there Haverson has to get off the second floor fast and I have Boomer pop the booms, The Boulder has the honor of detonating the main charge so don't get knocked out. I think hiding by the heat sources we started for The Boulder and my character was likely a smarter move so maybe after your rolls for combat you can relocate.

Re: OOC
There's been alot of movies with cookies :-)

Yep, post makes sense. An "if" statement is fine in this game system. Helps the game flow according to your view of your character as things develop.

I used to play a tabletop mini game called Stargrunt. PA got really major bonuses in close quarters combat. Alot of close calls won't hurt them.

You can do things like drop grenades near yourself and be okay while the room of infantry is wasted.

Fear also will factor into the defending light infantry. Shadow did basically flank them, toss them and start beating on them.

The other infantry squad can't really do much as they would be firing on their own infantry.

Re: OOC
Just thinking shouldn't The Boulder add Agl to his roll it is hitting a button on a time not setting them hand and eye speed should matter some, and a roll of 4 is not as sucky as a roll of 2. Just as a mention.

fast detonation, explosives + agi  (like this situation)

Re: OOC
That is why getting the base bonuses as high as possible is important. If you get a +7 a 1 is not so bad.

Re: OOC
I'll try to help Haverson, but I won't want to hit him so will go for single shots unless I can get a clear LOS for bursts but will pop off at the enemy PA's helmet with AP rounds any good hit to the faceplate should do the trick.

One use of jump jets is to brake the final 1,000 ft of an oribal drop. So yeah... a 10 ft window jump is no deal.

You can actually fly on jump jets for a min or two.

Suit legs also absorb impact even without jump jets.

Re: OOC
Our CO is leaving the squad in the heat of combat? :/

Well Echo has command. And another reason my character will be rather upset at the debriefing that he did not assign a clear chain of command, who is now in charge of the fighting at the command center? hummmmm

lol

This is going to make for some fun role-playing later.
