Re: OOC

Not enough time to wait them out though, we have to find them then plug them and hope their bunker doesn't recycle its own air which is damned likely a ship can and PA suits can so why not bunkers?

Re: OOC

Brygun just said that the bunker does indeed have air scrubbers allowing them to recycle their air supply. Three people in a bunker that is probably designed for at least a dozen means they've got food, water and air long enough to sit out the rest of the year. Ergo, they can out-wait any siege attempt by us.

Our only option is to either jam or cut any outgoing lines of communication from the bunker. We may already have done so by disabling the radio tower. Disabling the satellite would also be a good idea; but its been implied through Echo's radio conversation that we've already done that. The Enemy radio got through because the operator switched to the emergency medical frequency - and then was told to cease and desist using it by the Hell Week monitors.

Re: OOC

Its over my pay grade to decide these things she was asked to deal with the bunker and nothing will leave there without risking being blown up and boobie trap the main gate - done.

Assuming she gets two strong backs to help her.

Re: OOC

I think I thought of a way to bust the bunker at least have a chance at crippling the life support, without that and no intake for air they will be forced to surrender or suffocate. Assuming ball bearing fired at high speed can hit with enough force to do that we will see.

Re: OOC

for Taps:

14 lb Turkey with weave of bacon on top and homemade stuffing inside.

for Shadow:

Echo's jamming box has the same output as the communications box. That comms box is more powerful than the helmet radios of powersuits or raider infantry helmets. Blockign range for those in on the order of 10 miles or so.

Jamming does send out a lot of signals which leads to people farther out being aware of the jammer but not blocked by it.

Transmission and recieving arrays will vary. It is safe to guess that those nearby in the jungle SW are jammed. At the docks SE any infantry radios should be jammed. Vehicle radios would depend on what they have there. Probably garbled badly at least.

OOOOOOOHHHHHhhhhh

When you said "secure the prisoner" thought you meant the people in the comms room. The survivor hadn't been taken prisoner yet so didn't realize you meant to capture him.

So... Rasczak/Rico's Roughnecks, Blacky's Blackguard, Warren's Wolverines. I know those are companies but as it seems like we are going to be a special squad. What do you guy's think about us having a name?  Henderson's Helljumpers? Hellfighters? Hellions? Hellraisers? Headbusters? Heroes?

Re: OOC

Henderson's Hydra

Hydra, a many-headed, water-dwelling, serpent-like creature that guarded an Underworld entrance beneath Lake Lerna. For every head that is cut off, two more grow back It was destroyed by Heracles, in his second Labour

It guarded hell, had many heads and fits the Greek theme of the Medusa program plus will make a great tattoo.

Re: OOC

We toasted them all the roads are not viable. For now we need supplies for the prisoners so have people ordered to do that.

Echo is CO so he needs to talk to the POW's stating their rights and obligations don't expect to get much out of them but they have rights we must provide for there are rules to war.
