My working theory is that I have to either draw blood or maybe kill an enemy for it to attack me? Not sure, but just slowly making guesses as I learn more about it. It might be that if I take any damage the sword possesses me.

Both options sound plausible.

In answer to Usopi's OOC question, from memory, a full healing potion does the same as a GREATER HEALING spell, +7 Health to the imbiber.

Sorry, new thread ~ Usopi I'm just waiting back on a couple of deets from GM... Depending on what I'm told, it may be too late for your heal potion, we shall see! But out of character, if you do waste the pot on a 'dead or maimed' Turren, I'll make it worth your while in game. And if it heals me, well, I'm in your debt regardless.

Got one LESSER HEAL left in Caith, and Turren just went to top of her triage list.

Sorry for confusion, I was playing to the wound description, and didn't have the numbers at first. So Turren did black out for a beat, and may again, but if there are others needing healing, better to tend them first from a magic point of view. Anything medicinal to stop a wound going bad is of course most welcome later.

Somebody should search the Huscarls as well and secure and slap awake the sleeping one.
