Janet, roll wise Reggie is worthless to you right now as he is too hurt to think straight and doesn't have the skills in the first place. He will have to be light source/bait, but it appears bait will be the only thing necessary in a few rounds as the place is going to be ablaze itself.

Stray is there a torch or lantern near by? I can always make a make shift torch with some crate and dry cloth if not.

The discarded lantern is somewhat near where you've placed yourself.

Do either of you have Adventure Cards that might be useful in this situation? Reggie still has a free card, and Janet can use a card if she spends a Fate Chip.

Also, Janet still has that Legend Chip...

Heh. Too bad for McCall that one of his wounds is more than an hour old, and thus can't be healed by the Healing power. That does deal with the wound on his leg, though.

Hey Janet, I notice you haven't been using Dealer's Choice as much as you used to. Any reason for that, or are you just trying to save on chips?

Partly, I'm trying to save on chips.  Partly, I haven't been able to, since I haven't been drawing a lot of cards for Deal With The Devil.

Dealer's Choice counts for ANY card draws, including initiative and miscellaneous draws.

Yeah, I think it's slightly cheesy to use Dealer's Choice for initiative.  I could have used it on the Adventure Card draw, but that seemed like a waste.

Don't worry, when I start running low on power points, you'll see me using it again!

I'm acquiring a lot of NPCs who might get involved in the Cult of Worms thread. There's Jackie Wells, Jack McCall, James Lonefeather, and The Professor (the player has decided to leave the game). Do any of ya'll want to take on any of these characters for the conflict with the Cult o' Worms?

I would, except I have a vested interest in the outcome of that section.  Even more than before.
