Be aware that the next month is likely to be very slow around here. I'm doing some behind-the-scenes work, but work is going to be a bit hectic for a while (we're doing emergency evacuation drills this week) and the holiday season is going to cut into everyone's time.

State of the game
Today was a good day - insurance finally relented into agreeing to pay for the transport of my brother.
And I got a call a couple of hours earlier that he's coming home on Friday. They'll put him on an ambulance jet and fly him back.
He's not well and has a long road ahead of him, but he's getting better - and he's going to spend Christmas in Vienna instead of abroad.

Good News, Everyone!
So I have some good news to close out the year. I submitted a One Sheet adventure to Pinnacle for possible publication...and they've bought it!
I have no idea how long all the editing and formatting and so on takes, so I don't know when it will actually show up on the site...but I am now a published writer, and that feels so incredibly good.
I can't talk too much about it, but those of you who played in The Storm campaign will probably recognize the general premise really quickly.

That's awesome! Congratulations!
If memory serves, the process for one sheets isn't too time consuming - but it can take a while for them to be published if they want them to fit with another release of some setting (ie, a one sheet for WW2 might be pushed back if they just had a new release of Deadlands).

Murphs still has the everything-exploder and almost no-one has a full set of clothes, I feel this should be rectified. That and the whole Apocalypse thing.
