Rory shook his head. "No but I am hopping that someone here does. If the Atlanteans defeated him before, they must have had some defence against his powers."

"Can't we just clobber him ? Or is this one of those weirdo situations where that won't work ?"

In reply to Allura Danvers (msg # 60):

Zoey nodded, "Yeah this is one of those situations Im afraid.  Ill see what Sir Havren can tell me.  What about your dad? What does he know?"

"I don't really get along with my dad but I can talk to him about it. He knows all kinds of weird lore about stuff."

"I'll go with you if you want?"

Zoey plopped herself down on the bed in her room looking up at the ceiling.

There is a knock at Zoey's door.

Rolling off the bed, Zoey walks to the door and answers it.

Sir Havren was there, "Hello Zoey, I heard you wanted to speak with me. I also wanted to congratulate you on your defense of Atlantis your troops spoke highly of you."

He then looked to Allura, "Both of you."

He shook his head, "I presume your other friends came in on the submarine ?"

Zoey beamed, blushing at the compliment and stepped aside "Please come in.  You've met Susan before, and this is our friend Rory.  They, uh, they thought we were in danger and came to help.  Im really really sorry about that."

"We were wondering what the Knights did in the past to seal the Black Pharoh away?  And do you know of any ways to block psychic abilities?"

Sir Havren nods to Susan and Rory then turned back to Zoey, "It was a long time ago Zoey, though we might have something in the records. As for blocking psychic abilities yes we have something that might help with that. Have any of you felt psychically attacked ?"

"We've all had psychic attacks on us in the past.  At least once I'd say, maybe twice.  I think the most recent would be the guy in the green pajamas that tried to erase our memories or something.  He kind of screwed things up a bit."

She looks back to the others and shrugs, "I havent been attacked recently though, not that I can remember anyway."

"Guy in green pajamas ? Zoey you should have told me about this. We should be able to restore your memories."

"No head shrinks worked on me that I know of."

Susan shrugged

"I have a feeling that we might be better off without certain memories,  but I'd like to know what happened. "

"It must have slipped my mind."  She cleared her throat half smiled before continuing, "You can really restore  memories?  That would be, awesome.  Thank you, but I dont think his mind trick worked on us.  Just, things after he did whatever it was he did, seemed really off. Nothing was like it was supposed to be."

Sir Havren nods in thought.

The camera zooms in on Rory and a mental voice sounds in his head.
~How will you ever know what you are wasting time with these people~

Zoey looks thoughtful as she tries to remember things, shakes her head after a moment. "I dont know.  Everything is really hazy when I think about it.  Maybe getting my memories back isnt such a bad idea after all."

Rory replied to the telepathic message. ~I quite enjoy things down here.~

~Ahhh as well you should but don't think your safe where you are. Never make that mistake.~

Susan seemed lost in thought, but looked around at her friends.  She glanced at Rory, smiling at the reassuring presence of the handsome young man.  Then her smile faded, as she seemed to notice her friend's distraction.
"Something on your mind?"

Rory seemed to consider what he had just heard. ~Thanks for the tip~

As Susan, spoke, Rory did his best to divert his mind back to reality to answer the question, half whispering the answer as if he were trying not to get everyone else's attention. "Yeah, though I think we may be in trouble. Just give me a sec."

With that said, Rory began focusing, trying to create a shield to protect his mind from the telepath speaking to him. Without any idea on where to start, Rory initial attempt was flimsy at best.
