Ok folks you know what this is for.

Zoey paced back and forth, glancing a few times at the new girl calling herself her sister.  A whirlwind of emotions swirled inside her the more she thought about it.

"Look, if you really are my sister that's cool, but at the same time not cool.  Last time I knew, my parents were dead and I was adopted.  So, I hope you can understand my frustration, curiosity, and...Tell me about your parents.  Why would they tell you we're sisters?"

Amanda says, "Oh I was so excited I forgot." She hands Zoey a sealed letter.
"That is from our grandad, he said it might help explain things to you."

In the letter,

Dearest Zoey,

I have had a lot of time to think on the things that you have told me. I truly enjoyed our time together. I know that you were looking at my son, your father with love. He remembers you even years later. Your parents are alive though since I didn't want to change your history I let you grow up as you have always known. This letter is my way to say welcome back to the family. The greatest gift I and your grandmother could give you was our sacrifice so your own parents would live.

Her hands began to shake as she read the letter, tears soaking the paper.  Zoey looked at Amanda unsure what to say.  She opened her mouth to speak a few times but no words came out.
