Rory is looking over the metal after pulling it away from a Bunsen burner. It was as cool as if it hadn't been in the fire at all.

"See told you, this should work right ?"

Zoey was flipping through her phone looking for anything she could find on the antiques that came into her dads possession.

She glanced up when Allura spoke. "So where did you get it?"

Rory grinned as he examined the metal. "It's perfect!"

"Oh remember I used to work for Chrysalis Corp. I remember them talking about putting in a reactor and that they had some metal they were going to use in the cooling chamber. Supposedly cant be melted or anything like that. I went silent and turned my cell off and was able to make off with some."

"It can't be melted but can be shaped." She handed some to Zoey, "Go ahead give it a bend."

Rory didn't seem that concerned by Allura's revelation, they were saving the world after all. "Chrysalis Corp... I wonder if it uses a form of high-tech nanofibre. Well, I'll have to get it analysed after the project to see whether we it can be replicated on an industrial scale."

Susan, while as fascinated as anyone,  bit her lip nervously,  a habit she had recently acquired from her mother.
"Wait. ..you're not going to use this for the science fair, are you??  I mean,  what if someone recognizes it? ""

Zoey shook her head at the mention of Chrysalis Corp, but took the metal and tried bending it.  "Susan's right.  That's risky Allura."

"Do we have enough time to make more algae for our project?  I dont know how it disappeared like that.  Sorry."

Susan frowned at being reminded of their lost project.
"We should be able to whip up something passable,  even if it's not as elaborate. "
She actively tried not to look over at Amanda with the annoyed glare sue felt the younger girl deserved, but her close friends could tell it was a serious effort.

She sighed, taking a deep breath, as if to gather her thoughts,  and her conviction,  and looked at her friends.
"Okay. ....maybe we need, all of us, to have a serious talk about proprietary.   We've all seen some REALLY weird stuff.  Magic, advanced super science,  and things that seemed beyond both, but we need to remember how important it is to keep that stuff a SECRET "
She put some serious emphasis on the last word, in the bossy and no nonsense way that was quickly becoming "saying things in a very 'Susan' kind of way".
She sighed,  wincing a little,  as if worried she was overstepping her bounds.
"Look, I'm as excited by all.the things we've seen as anyone,  but to the rest of this town, including many of our family members,  we're just a bunch of random kids in a mediocre high school.   If we want to keep it that way, we need to keep a low profile.   That means no using magic or Atlantean science...or stolen technology....in a school project that'll be seen by everyone and their Uncle Herschel.  We NEED to be careful here.   Or all this could come to a screeching halt."
She seemed a bit flushed, as if she were trying, with limited success,  to stay calm and casual about her concerns

OOC: Susan did you want to make that a contest ? Good time to do so.

In the background Zoey finds she needs to apply a bit of her super strength but it becomes malleable and bends easy to her hands.

Amanda says, "Maybe we could track the Algae down ?" She winces under Susan's declarations.

Zoey handed the bent piece of metal back to Allura then looked at Susan.  "You need to calm down a bit Susan and relax.  Stuff happens, accidents happen," she said a little defensively.

She sighed, "That being said, you are right about needing to keep things on the down low.  We dont need or want that kind of attention."

"Amanda and I will go looking for our escaped science project. We can cover more ground."

Susan frowned.
'With all due respect, Zoey, don't tell me to calm down.  This IS me 'calm'.  But you're not the one whose parents have the number to a mental hospital on speed dial.   That being said,  what can I do to help find our missing algea?"
Again, refraining from glaring at Amanda.

Rory gave Allura a nod and slowly began moving towards the exit hoping that no-one would notice.

This is your home though, wouldn't it be a little strange for us to leave ?" She whispers to Rory as they plan a strategic exit.
