A figure walks among rows of Atlanteans in battle armor.

"How much longer must we suffer the poison that the surfacers throw into the sea, into our homes ?"

A few answers go up from the crowd mirroring the figures anger.

"Our companions and friends of the sea come to us choking on the plastics and junk of man. If we don't act for ourselves we need to act for those who cannot act for themselves."

Even more angry cheers go up.

The worked up young Atlanteans are demanding action now but the older figure who had been speaking to them counsels a possible diplomatic effort.

This is not met with a lot of enthusiasm.

The figure turns and it is the war hero returned his eyes roll over a jet black and a small smile plays on his face.
