I would like to point out Golgari Thug is not a viable sacrifice outlet for Goblin Grenade. I'm assuming you'll just use a token, but at least you can't use the Thug to Dredge with!

Don't forget Nekusar makes you draw 1 more card every turn, and take 1 for each card you draw. I'm not sure if that'll change your turn but I figured I'd give you the chance to change your turn.
