IDEA/GOAL: Convert majority of d20 stats to skills for easier play as well as more balanced play, while still keeping combat flavor.

BAB, Caster Level, Base Saves, Class Skill Points are eliminated and transformed into skills. The only thing independent of skills are DAMAGE ROLLS, HIT POINTS, FEATS/SPECIAL ABILITIES and ITEMS. Even then, technically item creation is still skill dependent.

Everyone gets 10 skill points per level regardless of class, Intelligence modifier or racial HD.
