Storyteller - Exalted - Custom Charms

Does anyone want to submit their custom charms for peer review? I know that one of my players has created quite a few I would like a second opinion on: (With his permission of course.)

In this thread we will use a process similar to that of TV Tropes combine with that of Newgrounds: At the end of your review of a charm rate it 0 - 5 with 0 being unutterably game breaking as it stands, 1 meaning specifically game breaking, 2 rather unbalanced, 3 something you might permit as an ST IF you trusted the player not to abuse it, 4 something that you would let into general play with out any significant changes, and 5 Ink Monkeys quality: ready to publish.

(Note that this means FOR ITS ESSENCE LEVEL, at essence 10 EVERYTHING breaks the game: just the fact that you reached essence ten means the game broke already.)

When a charm has had 5 reviews or gone through 3 revisions with at least 3 reveiws each AND it's averaged rating is 4+ that charm will be moved to a database in this game and should be allowed in the games of all reviewers here.

If the charm has had 5 reviews and has an average score of 2 or less it will be struck and will not be readmitted without SERIOUS modifications.

Note: Players may at any time before the peer review process is over strike the previous version of the charm themselves and resubmit an updated version that should be marked V2, or V1.1.2 or similar to distinguish it from previous versions. This update should incorporate some or all of the suggestions made by the reviews. This version is considered a new charm and the reviewing process and scoring start over.

Also Note: No one likes trolls and brown-noses, when you give a charm a score you are expected to provide your reasoning why you think it is a good or bad charm, any posts without reasons, and suggestions in the case of low scores will be struck and ignored, as will invalid scores such as 1000000000 or -2.

Lastly, be aware that you can give a low score if the charm is underpowered instead of overpowered, again though provide suggestions such as dropping minimum requirements and/or increasing power granted somehow.
