E3S4 - Pacific Time Clock and Watch Shop - Time Keeper
Closing the shop for two weeks while you went exploring the South Pole and saving all of humanity from an insane penguin was, to put it mildly, bad for business. You've been burning the midnight oil since you've been back, and considering asking one of your grandfather's friends to mind the store on future occasions when you're going to be away--you know it's bound to happen.

Not A'alona Kalakona, for sure. She was suspicious that your grandfather was up to no good, and she's not at all sure about you, either. Hokulani Whitmarsh likes you well enough, but as the radical voice among the Kanaka Maoli tribal elders, he treats his political situation seriously. He wouldn't have the time to spare.

That leaves David Huli, the youngest "tribal elder" ever. Your grandfather befriended David when he was young, and you were more-or-less raised together whenever you were with your grandfather. Of course, since your grandfather's death, David occasionally looks at you funny--it's as if he remembers something that you don't, and it bothers him...

You're mulling all this over, when you see a bright streak of light in the sky above downtown. Whatever it is, it's moving fast, and headed toward Nimitz Bay!

Even as he watched the red glow over the bay he pushed the thought of the shop to one side and part of his mind entered the now familiar time stream. Feeling his way through the many possibilities to find the one that felt right

Time Keeper:
The time stream is a tangled knot; too many diverging futures to tease out any single one--but all the futures you can touch include an explosion in the next few minutes, and a human figure in black-and-silver high-tech armor! Some of them include your recent acquaintance Angelfish as well.

With no time to contact David about looking after the shop time keeper locked the door and riding the time street raced off after the falling glowing object

Time Keeper:
The air feels thick as the world slows to a crawl around you. The best thing about running at super-speed is never having to wait for the traffic lights to change. You weave between traffic that seems barely to be moving, keeping your airborne target in sight. It's the black-and-silver armored figure from your temporal vision--and he's headed for the freighter docks at the edge of Nimitz Bay!
