Well, he has time to come back if he gets interested again.  Right now, I'll continue with the players who ARE posting - that's everyone else at the moment.

I've started one offline a couple of days ago, but not got very far yet because... stuff.  Lots of stuff.

It probably isn't going to be very enlightening though, so s'up to you.  :(

All of your characters have had a trying day and are quite likely quite weary, barring those with with the right Ki abilities.  :D

Err...the entire books are new, basically.

Dominus has a far better system to create techniques.

Arcana has a...not so awesome new way to use spells.

But both introduce a lot of new options from bloodlines to new ways to summon and such. Dominus' options are pretty much all cool, Arcana less so.

(It's not that Arcana is an awful expansion or anything, except for some overpowered things. It's just that Dominus is really, really good.)

Exactly.

If Giovanna wants to learn how to become a human railgun (which for a blind person could potentially be quite hazardous to her teammates), Magnetism is pretty cool.  Teleportation too, as Vilhelm notes.

But ignore Psychic Inclinations.  They suck donkey balls.  There is literally nothing to redeem them from suckitude.

From a magic point of view, there's some... interesting... stuff.

Metamagic is ludicrously OP in places, but then you also realise that after you've bought all the Metamagic you want, you'd have no ML left to buy... you know... actual spells.

The stuff on Familiars and particularly Sheele is quite cool.

And some of the Sub-Paths of Magic are a lot of fun (but again... horribly OP - seriously, check out Nobility and Literature - ridonkulous).

But the real winners in Arcana are Summoners.  Especially those who focus on Invocations (and in Arcana, also Incarnations).

Still... as a book it's not as good as Dominus, because... Dominus.  Awesomeness Exxet, is what it should really be called.  None of the Exxet books are much use to Ardelyn though (unless she really picks up her Forging skills for Prometheum Exxet).  Weaponmasters are totally screwed by this point.

True. You need a ridiculous amount f INT if you're going to delve into it.
