Uncanny Ultimate X-Men (530) Issue #3
Having escaped the prison camp before sentinel reinforcements
could arrive, Bishop's band of X-Men are making for a the safety
of their camp on the outskirts of town.
The mutants they rescued are primarily infirm elders and young
children. Of nearly a score of freed inmates only two proved strong
enough to help.

The town is in ruins, abandoned years before during the war. Vermin
and stray dogs are the only inhabitants now. The group stop in the
mostly in tact remains of a diner and gather their wits. Bishop realizes
the children need to rest and possibly eat. He orders his men to share
some of their rations before calling Dazzler, Armstrong and the two new
mutants to join him.

this is technically an action scene, but take time to role play a little before I start the action. Bishop's X-Men (there are about a dozen) are helping out the mutant's that were just freed.

"Dazzler, Armstrong, Wolfy and Tattoos, get over here,
I need to talk with you."
Bishop gestured for them to
take seats next to him in a booth that still had most
of it's cushions.

"Name's Wolfcub, And that was totally schway! The breakout that is."

He pulls up a chair turns it backwards and sits leaning on what is left of the back with his chin.

TK is still taken aback by the whole being a messiah thing. He pulls up a chair and takes a seat a few paces away from anyone else. He isn't entirely sure what to think on the whole situation and the new "X-Men"

"Haha, if you thought that was "schway", you should have
been with us in Detroit. That was a fire fight. How many
tin cans did you take down back there Bish?"
Dazzler said,
taking a seat next to her leader.

"Girl don'chu know a brother can't count past ten without takin' his shoes off?" Gentle layed himself in a nearby booth. The tolls of using his power left his entire body aching, but it was worth it to be free again. To be back in the fight was all he ever wanted.

"Hey, a brother's gotta learn to be smarter. I can
count to ten, keep my shoes on and then count to
ten again. Did that almost four times back in Detroit.
I'll teach you. But I didn't come here to reminisce or
call Tats over here an idiot. The deal is, after the shit
that happened in Australia, we don't have enough capable
X-Men to move this group safely through the city. So, what
my issue is, keeping our messiah safe. I went through an
awful lot to get him, and lost some really great soldiers.
So, can me and D count on you two to help keep him safe?
I'm not saying you can be X-Men just yet, but if you do this
for me, I'll see about getting you two once of these." he said,
gesturing to the "X"
emblazoned on his chest.

"Armstrong doesn't need these kids to handle a few
sentinels! Frak Bish, how many have we seen him handle
on his own? I don't want these feth-wits frakkin up my
marching orders. They don't know the call signs, they
don't know the formations, and other than a little bit of
blood rage, neither have shown me anything of merit."
Dazzler
said, not sugar coating anything. That's why she was Bishop's
second in command, that and she was the oldest X-Man left.
