Description: [imgr]https://i.postimg.cc/hth7RBym/IMG-1580.jpg[/imgr] Artos has a smoky voice that can be oddly soothing when he desires but can also sound like the remains of a forge fire when he tries to intimidate others.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral. For Artos, this is the alignment of common sense. Do as much good as you can do, under the circumstances. Don’t be afraid to break the rules for a good enough cause. If Artos was allowed to describe an alignment for his own beliefs, he would say OPI, open minded individualist. Not that he doesn’t play well with others. But when others don’t play well with him, he likes to return the favor.

Personality: Artos is as hard as any dwarf, it is within their makeup. But he is also as warm and friendly as any human. As such, Artos hopes to hone his social skills and see just where they can take him and how such interactions can enrich people’s lives in general. Also Artos has determined that there are three ways to resolve any problem. Be sneaky enough to avoid it (rogue), talk your way out of it (face), or shoot your way out of it (ranger). Artos prefers talking over shooting.

Backstory:  Artos was not abandoned, he was kidnapped. At least, that is what he told himself when he grew up under the care of a small human family of foresters and lumberers. And he was likely right given that it was beyond rare for any dwarf to abandon their child, no matter how dire the circumstances. So while he may have dwarven ancestry, he was raised with human conventions. Given his freedom, Artos worked hard at training himself in archery. But occasional trips into the town of Calvak introduced to life on the streets and he learned to pilfer thanks to a few urchins that he spent time with in his late teens.

Now that Wylderkin has come, Artos has ventured into town to learn even more of the world that has sheltered him thus far. He is willing to put his skills to the best use he can find and hopes to have a little fun along the way.
