Physical Description: Quinn is tall and athletic with blond hair and blue eyes. He has the smooth, trained movements of a model or actor and the ability to appear confident and poised without looking cocky or arrogant.
Personality Description: Quinn is an easy going guy who likes to have fun and is usually up for a little adventure. He likes to stay positive and help the others around him achieve the same mindset. When he thinks things are important, he can turn seriously quickly, and at times might begin to over think things.
Background/History: Take two gorgeous secret operatives who deal in the superhuman across parallel realities and alternate timelines, and sparks are bound to fly. That is what happened to Booster Gold and Argent, and they began a whirlwind romance filled with adventure.

Their son Quinn grew up in this lifestyle and when he became an adult, he decided to pursue adventures of his own. At the age of 18, Quinn founded Destine Enterprises (or Destine E) as he likes to call it. A private consulting firm offering high technology solutions to those who need such offerings at the highest level. Remarks on Destine Enterprises are that they miraculously bring you the future, now. Of course, that might just be a smart marketing strategy.

Quinn himself worked on a lot of the company's marketing and advertising. Playing the key role in "underground" internet commercials presented to a highly select clientele. Building exclusivity into the brand has helped skyrocket it to success.

While working in the R&D department, Quinn was able to secretly break the quantum bearer, not just for computing, but more like a portal to a cosmic data stream and power source. However, the device he used to do so executed a phase shift and implanted itself into Quinn's body. Quinn has told no one of this development.

Now that Quinn has a stable platform beneath him, he is ready for a new launch. His most secretive yet. That of adventurer and hopeful hero, Aether. At the moment, Quinn doesn't know who, if anyone, he can trust with this secret. Or where he will best fit in with his new identity, but he is certainly excited to give it a shot.

Powers:

Aetheric Generation - Quinn is able to generate a form of quantum energy that he calls aether. Quinn used this energy to create force fields and metal-like constructs such as swords.

Flight - By using the aether as a propellant, Quinn is able to fly.

Insanely Rich - Those who do not consider this a super power have never had the full force of wealth applied against them.

Power Source - Quinn has been able to use the aether to power other technological items.


Skills:

Aetheric (Quantum) Computing - Due to the aetheric implant, Quinn is able to use his mind like a quantum computer.

Business Management - While he has been devoting a lot of his time in Research and Development, Quinn is still the CEO of Destine Enterprises

Hand-to-Hand Combat (Basic) - Quinn parents knew that he would need at least the basics in fighting skills to make it through life.

Technical Genius - Quinn has been exposed to advanced technologies of future timelines and alternate dimensions. This gives him at least the equivalent of a masters in all current technologies.

Weaknesses:

Inexperience - Quinn is new to adventuring and trying to be a hero. He can mess things up a little too easily sometimes.

The Family Shadow - While much of what his parents did was behind the scenes, there is an entire community in which they are heralded as formidable heroes. Quinn doesn't want to sully that image by not living up it.

Egg Shell Syndrome - Without his force field, Silverbolt is susceptible to all the same harms as a normal human. With his force field, he is protected, but not invulnerable.

Trust Issues - Due to some things Quinn has seen growing up, he has a tendency to question peoples motivations. Not usually audibaly, but he will speak out when needed.

Extras: A 5th generation Holographic Intelligence (HI-5) companion called Skeemz, a highly modified mail truck capable of speeds up to 300 mph.

Hello Outsiders!

We're still looking for a Mage, but we're gonna get started.

I need a few questions answered:

- Where is your character located as of March 2028 - the more detail the better.

- How would your character react to being overpowered and kidnapped by an opponent who is obviously more powerful / stronger than they are - the more detail the better.

- How would your character react to a stranger (Chromosome) appearing in their dream? Chromo's sheet is located [url=https://elliquiy.com/forums/in...sg15210183]here[/url]. The exact dream is up to you guys, so be as detailed / creative as you'd like to be. The more you provide, the better I'll be able to frame the start-up for us. (RegretNot, this doesn't apply to you - we wrote out that scene)


Looking forward to this team a lot - The Outsiders have been something I've been wanting to get together since I started this game and I'm really excited about this combination of characters you guys have created.

Destine Enterprises, Local City

Destine E is Quinn’s baby and his heart, mind, and body can be found there more often than not. Board room meetings, public relations meetings, technical design meetings, and then there is always the secret project that empowered Quinn. It is kind of hard to let yourself be pulled away from your own private pocket of the power cosmic.

Quinn would likely want to work late at Destine Enterprises on the breakthrough project. He would be arguing with Skeemz about his plans for the night. Quinn would want to spend the night at his apartment at the office so he could just sleep, shower, dress, and get right back to work.

Skeemz would want Quinn to spend the night at Quinn’s apartment in the city, after a late night of socializing with others.

- How would your character react to being overpowered and kidnapped by an opponent who is obviously more powerful / stronger than they are - the more detail the better.

Are we talking sexy female opponent here? Lol. Or just an overbearing guy? There might be a little respect as well as a little attraction for such a female, even if Q isn’t exactly into the whole submissive aspect. A little perturbed. Even more perturbed with such a guy. Bordering on outright anger. But Quinn outdo try to remain as cool as possible. Antagonizing the captor could hinder any attempts to reason with them into releasing him, or learning any possible weaknesses.

- How would your character react to a stranger (Chromosome) appearing in their dream?

Quinn would be initially be intrigued by the event and want to know the details of how such a thing could come about. He would also suspect that such a projection would be due to an underlying desire of some sort and curious as to what Chromosome desired strongly enough to show up and why his dreams in particular. Other than the technical aspect, Quinn would want to learn more about Chromosome’s personality. Because all knowledge is power. And because he would just generally be curious.
