Re: OOC Lounge, Bar & Grill

lol.

quote:
Faire shrugged a little bit and sighed. ”Wizardry has it’s limits you know. I don’t have a magic bullet for every situation, and it’s no better than a flail or hammer.  Still...” She closed her eyes and focused magical energy on the window, seeking to use her icy magics to freeze and weaken the object before the barbarian would smash it. Hopefully it would work. If not...well, this could get messy.

Shall I assume you meant door? ;) Lapsus calami

Re: OOC Lounge, Bar & Grill

Is anything going to happen with Team Cake?  The other teams are forging ahead while we stand around a frozen window and a battered door.

every GM post = 1 round.

I am waiting for all of your actions/rolls/etc. Once all (or most) of you post, I assume the round ends.

Did she actually attack the door yet? I meant to attack the same target as her...

In reply to GM (msg # 503):

Thanks. I appreciate the tip.  Go break down the blasted door already. Let's get his stupid encounter over with so we can move on. I also wouldn't be opposed to Tarkun coming back later, even if his character seems dangerously naive lol.

Unless you want to smash the window instead Sharlee, either way let's get on with it...

You gaze long into the abyss...
The abyss gazes back onto you.

Roll for initiative.

(on the off chance one of you finds amusement in the quote :D )

Re: OOC Lounge, Bar & Grill

depends from where she looks. If the others give her room, she might see more.

in other news, my subspecialist residency is starting tomorrow. I'm not sure what that will do to my posting frequency. In all probability there will be no change, but if I suddenly go missing for a week that probably means RPOL is blacklisted on that workplace and I can't access the boards. :) However since only half of my time will be spent there.

Re: OOC Lounge, Bar & Grill

Psst. If you want to post and have RPoL blacklisted, there's a little workaround I figured out if you have a smartphone. Download the GoogleDocs app onto your phone and load up RPoL in your phone's Browser. Then write up your post on the computer in GoogleDocs, which is very unlikely to be blacklisted, and then just copy and paste from your phone to RPoL.Sometimes my work has little to do, so I figured out that little workaround.

More specifically, can I see I or H 13? I'll take cover on the roll (not that it matters thanks to spell sniper...)

Also, good luck with your new workplace! If it's a promotion, then congratulations!

In reply to Faire (msg # 518):

actually, my first impulse is to try firewallblocker.net . ;) most of rpol's features work with it. It's a free proxy with partial anonymization.

Re: OOC Lounge, Bar & Grill

Ooh. Never heard of that before. Still, the google docs one is also a pretty safe option, since that's the only site left in your registry. A firewallblocker/proxy thing would certainly be more convenient though!
